休日はワジが料理当番で今日のお昼はタコ焼きにしようと
思います。ただ、我が家ではタコは使わずに代わりに竹輪を
入れます。今回は、たまたまチーズが有ったのでそれも入れて
みました。
味は勿論ソース、マヨネーズで鰹節を乗せて!
誰が作っても美味しく出来ます。
On holiday, cooking is my job so I want to cook "Takoyaki" today for lunch.
You know, "Tako" meaning is octopus and "Yaki" mean baking.
But in my cooking, I don't use octopus for "Takoyaki".
I will use "Chikuwa", made from fish, instead of octopus.
And today, luckily I had cheese so I will use cheese too.
Taste is Sauce, Mayonnaise and put dried bonito on top of "Takoyaki"!
I think all people can cook it very tasty.
