大分暑くなって来ましたが、我が家は、まだエアコン入れてませんぜ！
3階だからか、静岡だからかは解りまへんが、まだ全然いけます。
さてさて、本日紹介したいのは、旭川では超ポピュラーな塩ホルモン！
これ、こっちでは売って無いんだよね～。美味しいのに。
でも、そこはワシの実家からの贈り物。
モヤシと一緒に炒めていただきまぁ～す！
Hello! Aug is starting from today.
Getting hot but we haven’t been using air
conditioner in my house yet.
I don’t know because my house is third
floor or in Shizuoka prefecture but somehow I haven’t needed air conditioner at
all.
Anyway, today what I want to introduce you
is Salt gut which is very popular in my home town Asahikawa city.
This is very delicious but not sold in
Shizuoka.
BUT!!! My Mom sends me this some time.
I always cook this with beansprout and eat
with my wife.
