今までは腕立て伏せ、腹筋ローラー、スクワット等、自分の体重を利用した
自重トレーニングで筋力アップに取り組んで来ましたが、筋トレを開始して1カ月？を
経過し、継続的に取り組む事が出来そうと判断し購入しちゃいました！
ダンベルとマルチベンチっ !!
ダンベルは片手30kg ｘ 2で60kg。
ベンチは背もたれが動き色んな体勢でリフトが出来るマルチベンチをチョイス！
写真では上腕二頭筋を鍛えてますが、腕の台にしているパーツを取り替えると
足を鍛える事も出来る優れモノです！
ダンベルが１万7千円。ベンチが２万４千円で合計４万強の出費となり
嫁からはバカじゃないの!?って言われましたが、
いいんです！ 俺はやるんだよっ !!!
解っていると思いますが、片手30kgなんて絶対上がる訳無いので
10kgからスタートです。先は長いが筋肉マン目指して頑張ります。
がっ・・・しかし、調子に乗ってやり過ぎたみたい。
一昨日から筋違いをやったみたいで痛くて首が回らない、腕が上がらない・・・・。
今週は筋トレお休みかな・・・。
無理は禁物。時間をかけてゆっくりやります。トホホっ・・。

I've been doing push-ups, abdominal muscles roller and squats training with own weight for a month so I could understand I can keep this training so I bought !
You know what I bought??
It is multi-bench and dumbbells !!!
The dumbbell's weight is 30kg for one hand so the total 60kg.
The bench has reclining buck so I can do many types of training with this multi-bench !
In photo, I'm building up the upper arm but if I change the stand under my arm, I'm using, I can also put other parts for leg training in this position.
You know the dumbbells is JPY17,000 and the bench is JPY24,000 so the total expense was over JPY40,000 so I got words from wife "Are you crasy?".
But I will do and never give up to be muscle man!!!
I NEED THIS !!!
As you know, it is impossible now on lifting 30kg with one hand so I've started from 10kg.
The load of muscle man is not easy so I'll do bit by bit, day by day.
But... I did little too much the after yesterday, I cannot up my arm and move my neck because I got strain a muscle in my back.
So I may need taking a rest this week for recover, maybe...
I have to understand my age, not so young, and train bit by bit and day by day.
So sad...
But I'll DO !!!
