再開 Re-Start

本当は、年内はじっとしてようと思ってましたが、我慢出来ずに
昨日のヤマハ剣道部稽古納めに行って来ました。
でも、やっぱり肉離れが完全に治っている訳では無いので
左足にふくらばきのサポーター、右足は踏み込んだ時の衝撃軽減用の
カカトサポーター。
年齢を感じますな～。

I’ve thought not re-start Kendo till New Year but I couldn’t stop my frustration so I went Kendo training yesterday.

But I haven’t completely recovered my left leg calf torn muscle so I used supporters on left leg and for reducing impact against stamping, I also use it on right heel.

I really feel my age… so sad.

生け花 Flower arrangement

嫁さんが、組合の生け花教室に行き正月用の花を生けて来ました。
上手に出来たので皆に見せたいからワシのブログに掲載しろ。
との事ですので皆さん見て下さい。

Today, my wife went to Yamaha union flower arrangement class and she made it for New Year.

She said she could make it very well and want to show it everybody so she has requested me to up load the picture in my blog.

ヤマハ剣道部部内大会 Yamaha Cup Kendo Competition!

12/18（日）にヤマハ剣道部の部内大会が行われました。
ワシは肉離れが、まだ治らず時計係。
上段やら2刀流やら個性派剣士がいて面白かったわ～。
大会の一部を動画で撮りましたので見てみて！

On 18^th Dec, we had Yamaha Cup Kendo competition.

As you know, I still have torn muscle so I could do only time keeper this time.

In our team, we have very characteristic Samurai, for example raise sword over head and 2 sword fencing Samurai so the competition was so exciting!

I’ve taken movie of the competition so please watch it!

剣道部忘年会 Yamaha Kendo team Year end of Party!

どもども～っ！
12月18日にヤマハ剣道部の忘年会が有りました。
会場で撮った写真を公開します。
名前を知らない方々も沢山居ますが、皆さんこれからワシの
剣道仲間です！まぁ～今はワシ足肉離れで何も出来まへんけどな・・・。

On 18^th Dec, I went to Yamaha Kendo team’s Year end of party.

I’m new member so I don’t know most of the member’s name but I’ll be friends soon by training Kendo.

BUT! Now I have kind of injured on my left leg so I cannot play Kendo now though…

もみじ Maple tree

会社の庭のもみじが、良い感じで赤く色づいていたので撮ってみました。
オラが故郷北海道の大雪山では、9月に紅葉がピークとなりますが
静岡は遅いの～。間もなく正月でっせ～！
北海道の紅葉が恋しいわ～・・・。ホント綺麗なんよ～。
北海道に遊びに来てや。

I’ve taken a picture Maple tree in my company’s garden because it is turned in beautiful red leaves.

At national park “Taisetsuzan” in my home town Hokkaido, we have red and yellow leaves in September but at Shizuoka, it is so late.

You know, New Years day will be coming soon!

I miss red and yellow leaves in Hokkaido.

You know, it is really beautiful and you must be impressed, If you see it. I can guarantee.

Please come to Hokkaido for seeing beautiful scenery.

湿布 Poultice

記憶の中では湿布なんて、気休め程度にしか思って無かったけど
今回、肉離れして病院で貰った湿布に驚きと感激を覚えました。
現代の湿布はメチャクチャ効きまっせ！
ホント怪我をしたら湿布する事をお勧めします！

In my memory, I thought poultice doesn’t work or just little work but this time, I had torn muscle and I was surprised and impressed a lot with poultice which I got from hospital.

Nowadays’ poultice is working a lot!

If you had injured, I really recommend you going to hospital soon and using poultice.

It is really good!

肉離れ Torn muscle

昨日2回目の剣道の稽古。しかし、開始30分で左足ふくらはぎに突然叩かれた様な
激痛が走り稽古を中止帰宅。
痛みは有るものの、自力で歩く事が出来たのでアキレス腱は大丈夫。
今朝起きるとふくらはぎの筋肉が伸びずにカカトが床に着かない。
仕方が無いので会社を休み病院へ行ったところ、筋膜が切れた肉離れでしょう。
湿布と飲み薬、超音波治療をすれば1週間程度で回復する。との事でした。
人生初の肉離れよ～。痛いわ～。情けない・・・。

Yesterday, I went to Kendo second time training but after 30 minutes from starting training, I had very strong pain in my left leg calf.

The pain was like somebody hit my calf by something stick.

Soon after feeling the pain, I stopped training and I backed to home.

I had the pain but I could walk by myself so I thought my Achilles tendon doesn’t have any problem.

But when I woke up in this morning, my calf muscle cannot lengthen so my heel cannot touch to floor so today, I got day off and went to hospital.

The doctor said outside or surface of calf muscle was cut because of strong movement so it may be torn muscle.

If I was treated by poultice, medicine and supersonic wave, I can recover about one week later.

You know, I have never had torn muscle in my life.

This is first time and It is very strong pain… so sad….
