しか~しっ!静岡県西部は全く降りまへんで~!
雪はチラリとも来ませんでしたわ。
さてさて、朝食はパンなど軽めに済ませている家庭が多いかと思いますが、
我が家は、朝からガッツリ派。
朝から肉魚は勿論ですが、朝からラーメン、朝ラーも週一ペース。
ちなみに今朝は、朝から鍋~っ。
昨日スーパーで鱈が安かったので、鱈チリ鍋です。
冬の鍋っていいよね~。簡単だし野菜めちゃくちゃ食べれるし。
我が家では、週2回以上は朝食に鍋食べてますよ。
そんな訳で今朝の朝食です。鱈が野菜の下に隠れてしまってるが・・・・。
Last and this week end, Kanto area had
heavy snow.
BU~~T! at west area in Shizuoka completely didn’t
have any snow!
Even one pcs of snow didn’t come down.
Anyway, I think most of people may be eating
light breakfast, like bread or something, but in our case, we eat a lot in
breakfast.
Mainly we eat meat and fish but also we eat
Ramen noodle in breakfast almost once a week.
Then today’s menu is Nabe cooking for
breakfast.
Yesterday, cod fillets were cheap in
supermarket so I cooked cod Nabe.
You know, Nabe cooking is very nice for
winter because it is very easy and we can eat lots of vegetables.
In my house, we eat Nabe cooking more than twice
a week in breakfast.
So this picture is today’s breakfast. The cod
fillets are hiding under the vegetables so you may not see it though.

じぇじぇーっ!朝からそんなもの作る気力と時間と胃袋があるのが凄すぎるわ〜。
全員分の野菜ジュースを作るので精一杯。
お弁当が始まったら朝から戦争やわ…。
