友人が旭川で豚丼屋”とんたま”を開店したというので、
どんなもんか行ってみました。
最初に豚丼と聞いた時は、何故豚丼なんだ???
豚丼は帯広名物で、豚丼じゃ無くても牛丼とかカツ丼とか
丼料理なんて、他にいくらでもあるだろうに。と思ったが食べて納得。
これはマジで美味いぞっ！
本場帯広でも豚丼を2～3回食べた事が有るけど、間違い無く
帯広の豚丼より美味い。
興味の有る人は是非一度行ってみて下さい。
ただ、1カ月位前に開店したばかりで、どうも手際が悪い・・。
料理が出て来るまで思った以上に時間がかかるので急いでいる人は注意。

I’m coming Hokaido this week because of
business trip.
One of my friend opened baking pork bowl
restaurant “Tontama” with his wife in Asahikawa so I visited there.
When I heard baking pork bowl, I couldn’t
understand why they chose to serve it.
It is Speciality in Obihiro city and pork
cutlet bowl, chicken and eggs bowl are more popular for people.
BUT!!! I could really understand why he chose
baking pork bowl after eating it.
It is really tasty!!!
I have experience eating other baking pork
bowl in Obihiro city 2 or 3 times but his is absolutely better than the Obihiro’s.
If you have interested in this bowl, please
visit their restaurant.
But there is one problem.
They opened this restaurant about one month
before so they are little awkward at cooking fast so they need time to cook
little longer than you expect.
When you visit there you need time so if
you are rush, you have to expect it.
