真珠・・・。

さぁ、今年もあと3日となりましたなぁ。

ララポート磐田が年末バーゲンのCMをやっており嫁が行きたい。
と言うのでショッピングへ出掛けたのが運の尽き・・・。

真珠ですよ。真珠。
前から40を過ぎると冠婚葬祭に真珠は必需品だとは思ってましたが
高いのから安いのまでピンキリ。
その違いは？大きさ、輝き、色と色々と有る様ですが、大きさと色の違いは
俺でも解ります。
しかし、輝き？？　大して違わないんでねが？？
まぁ、予算も有りますので8.5mm玉　ピアスとセット￥139,800也～。
今年最後の大出費ですが、致し方無いね・・・。
嫁が喜ぶなら・・・。

今年はクリスマス This year is Christmas

毎年年末恒例の嫁の活花っす。
今年はクリスマスがテーマだそうです。

Every end of year, My wife make flower arrangement and this is this year's.
The theme is Christmas.

剣道用スパッツ Underwear for Kendo

友人A子から勧められ剣道用のスパッツ購入。（グローリーギア社）
定価は￥12,000（税別）
彼女曰く、疲労感が全然違うらしい。
それにしても剣道用のスパッツってのが有るんですねぇ～。（ビックリ）

ワシも43歳。
疲労回復が遅くなっていて、稽古、筋トレをして困るのは
やっぱり怪我ですわ。
怪我してしまうと、折角一生懸命稽古して出来る様になった事もリセット。
だって肉離れやっちまうと1カ月は安静になっちゃうから、筋力回復から
やり直し。

そんな訳で本当に効くんか？？と疑いながらも悪友を信じて購入してみました！！
今週火曜日の稽古で試してみたいと思います。
本当は履いた写真を見せたいのですが、江頭2：50になってしまうので
止めときます。（笑

I've bought underwear for Kendo which was recommended by My friend, A-ko,(made by Glory Gear)
the price was JPY12,000 (not include tax).
She said it is really different tired feeling if use this.
I've never known selling Kendo underwear.

You know I'm 43 years old.
I don't want to accept but actually recovering from tired became taking time day by day and the biggest problem is injury.
If I get injury, everything will be reset even though I got skill with hard training.
For example, If I got a torn muscle, I have to take a rest at least one month so I have to do from muscular strength again.

So I've bought this underwear with believing her and little doubt.
I'll try this on Tuesday Kendo training.
Actually I want to show you photo of I wearing this but it must be Egashira 2:50 so I refrain it.

買っちゃった！ I've bought!

筋トレ継続中 !!!

今までは腕立て伏せ、腹筋ローラー、スクワット等、自分の体重を利用した
自重トレーニングで筋力アップに取り組んで来ましたが、筋トレを開始して1カ月？を
経過し、継続的に取り組む事が出来そうと判断し購入しちゃいました！

ダンベルとマルチベンチっ !!

ダンベルは片手30kg ｘ 2で60kg。
ベンチは背もたれが動き色んな体勢でリフトが出来るマルチベンチをチョイス！

写真では上腕二頭筋を鍛えてますが、腕の台にしているパーツを取り替えると
足を鍛える事も出来る優れモノです！

ダンベルが１万7千円。ベンチが２万４千円で合計４万強の出費となり
嫁からはバカじゃないの!?って言われましたが、
いいんです！ 俺はやるんだよっ !!!

解っていると思いますが、片手30kgなんて絶対上がる訳無いので
10kgからスタートです。先は長いが筋肉マン目指して頑張ります。

がっ・・・しかし、調子に乗ってやり過ぎたみたい。
一昨日から筋違いをやったみたいで痛くて首が回らない、腕が上がらない・・・・。
今週は筋トレお休みかな・・・。
無理は禁物。時間をかけてゆっくりやります。トホホっ・・。

I'm keeping to do muscle training!!!!

I've been doing push-ups, abdominal muscles roller and squats training with own weight for a month so I could understand I can keep this training so I bought !
You know what I bought??

It is multi-bench and dumbbells !!!

The dumbbell's weight is 30kg for one hand so the total 60kg.
The bench has reclining buck so I can do many types of training with this multi-bench !
In photo, I'm building up the upper arm but if I change the stand under my arm, I'm using, I can also put other parts for leg training in this position.

You know the dumbbells is JPY17,000 and the bench is JPY24,000 so the total expense was over JPY40,000 so I got words from wife "Are you crasy?".
But I will do and never give up to be muscle man!!!
I NEED THIS !!!

As you know, it is impossible now on lifting 30kg with one hand so I've started from 10kg.
The load of muscle man is not easy so I'll do bit by bit, day by day.

But... I did little too much the after yesterday, I cannot up my arm and move my neck because I got strain a muscle in my back.
So I may need taking a rest this week for recover, maybe...
I have to understand my age, not so young, and train bit by bit and day by day.
So sad...  
But I'll DO !!!

何これ珍百景 What is this rare place?

先週離島に出張。
そこで見つけた何これ珍百景！

2レーンのみのボーリング場。
これって日本で一番レーン数の少ないボーリング場だそうです。
何故2レーンかというと、ボウリング設備は2レーン単位で
販売されているので、これが最小発注単位だったらしいです。

Last week, I went to an isolated island for business trip.
I found this rare place.

Here is bowling alley and it has only 2 lanes.
This is the smallest bowling alley in Japan.
Do you know why this island order 2 lanes?
Because bowling equipment is sold 2 lane units so it was minimum order.

昭和48相手では？ How about against with friends who were born in 1973?

さて、弟にやられてばかりではありませんぜ。
昭和48年生れの同級生とはこんな感じよ～。

まぁ、自分で言うのも何ですが完勝でしょう！（笑
わぁっはっはぁぁぁ～～っ!!!

My Kendo skill is far from my young brother but also I have played with friends who were born in 1973.
Let's check how much I am good for Kendo!

You know it is little ashamed but I could beat them completely!!!
Haha～～!!!

弟に少し敵う様になった？？ Am I better than before?

前回の旭川訪問から約半年。
全く歯が立たなかった弟に再挑戦！

今回は結構イイ感じで稽古出来たぜぇ～っ！
でも、やっぱ姿勢、振りの早さは明らかに違うなぁ・・・・。
良い刺激、目標に成ります。
有り難いもんだ。

静岡に帰ってからの稽古頑張れるわぁ～。

Half years were gone from last visiting at Asahikawa.
I challenged to my young brother who is much stronger than me again.

This time, I could hit him 2 times so I believe my skill became little better than 6 months ago.
But his swing speed and posture are absolutely better than me.
I have to learn his Kendo skill and train harder and harder for being better in Shizuoka.

I really appreciate him.

大阪ドーム Part2 Osaka dome Part 2

大阪ドーム 2016 Osaka Dome 2016

ども～。今週は昨日から４連休なので大阪の嫁の実家に来てます。

私が働いているヤマハには社会人野球チームが有り、丁度昨日京セラドーム大阪で
ヤマハ対東京ガスの試合が有り見に行ってきました。
１０年ヤマハに努めてますが野球応援に来たのは実は初めて。

知り合いがチアガールをやっていたりと野球以外の楽しみも有り
結構楽しめました。
結果はホームラン2本が出たりで11対3でヤマハの圧勝！
動画も撮影したので後日編集して良さげであればアップします。
個人的にはヤマハ、東京ガスのチアの紹介をメインにしたいかな？

2回戦は11月5日18時からＮＴＴ西日本と対戦だそうです！
ガンバレ　ヤマハ！

Hello, I'm coming to my wife's home in Osaka because my job is day off 4 days straight.

Yamaha I'm working has baseball team and this week, they have national society baseball competition at Osaka dome.
So I visit Osaka Dome for cheer them up!
I have worked at Yamaha for 10 years but this is first time for coming to ball game.

One of my friend is cheer leader so I could enjoy ball game and also seeing the cheer leader performances.
the game was Yamaha team could hit 2 home runs and completely win to Tokyo Gas score 11 to 3 !!!
I've taken movie so will edit it and introduce you later.
My thinking is I'll introduce you cheer leaders of Yamaha and Tokyo Gas mainly.

The second game will be from 18:00 on 5th Nov against wit NTT West Japan team.
Let's go Yamaha!

昭和48年同期会

それぞれの出身道場、高校は違うが小さい頃から知った顔の同級生。
こうして同級生が集まり稽古会＆飲み会ってのは本当に剣道をやって良かったと思う。
市民大会や高校時代の昔話が盛り上がるわ、盛り上がる。
あまりに笑い過ぎて腹がヨジれるほど。

この同期会の名は「ゆる剣」！
まぁ～、怪我をしない程度に楽しく剣道をする会って感じですかね??
元々この会の呼びかけをしたヒロキが3年前に亡くなり、仕事で参加出来ないメンバーも
いましたが今回は追悼稽古会という事になりました。

最近はメンバーも増え、ゆる剣のはずが結構稽古に励んでいるみたい。
やっぱ試合に出ると勝ちたいもんね～。
とはいえ皆さん中年ですので、ほどほどにね。

プロテイン "Gold Standard"

筋トレ続行中です！

最初に買ったプロテイン”Big Whey”が無くなり、次に購入したのがこれっ！
「Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard」
何が良いって、このプロテインはたんぱく質がナントっ90％!!!

WheyプロテインにはWPCとWPIの2種類の製法が有るのですが
WPIの方がたんぱく質含有率が高く筋肉により良く
乳糖も取り除いていてお腹にも優しいのです。

価格は2.3kgで￥7,000（税、送料込）でした。
（米国からのネット輸入通販）

で、肝心の体脂肪や筋肉は・・・・。まだお伝えできる程の成果は
出てません。
「お～っ！筋肉付いて来たか??」って思う様になるまで早い人でも3カ月位は
かかるらしいので。
はい、言い訳ではありません。事実です。
でわ、3ヶ月後結果報告をお楽しみに！

日蓮聖人735遠忌！

すっかり忙しさにかまけてしまいブログを更新するのを忘れてました。

10/13は日蓮聖人の735回目の法要で池上本門寺を参拝して来ました。
知り合いのオバ様が、色々と裏技をご存知で「あら、こんな所入れるんだ!?」って
場所も案内して貰えました。
12日の晩はお祭りで人の多い事。
一生に1度は10/12晩から13日朝の法要に参加してみるのも良いかもよ。

それにしても亡くなってから735年も経つのに、これだけの法要をしてもらえる
日蓮さんってのは凄いもんだと感心しましたわ。

やらねばっ！ have to do!

ダイエットには成功したものの体脂肪率が25％超え。
数週間様子を見てみたが全然数字は下がらない。

そこで一念発起。
人生初めて筋肉トレグッズ購入。
腹筋ローラー、プッシュアップバー、プロテイン。
目指すは15％以下！

筋肉痛がハンパねぇ～・・・・。

I could succeed diet but my body fat go over 25%.
I've believed the situation will be changed and get back to before but the number never change and back.

So I decided doing muscle training and bought training goods, first time in my life.
They are abdominal muscle roller, push up bar and whey protein.
The target is under 15%!

Muscle ache is so terrible.....

ビートウォッシュから異音 Abnormal noise from “Beat Wash”

購入してから3年3ヶ月で我が家の洗濯機（ビートウォッシュ）から
カン、カッカッカカッンカンという異音が。
おいおいそんなビートいらんわ～。
放っておけば何かのタイミングで直ったりするか？と思い
1週間放置しましたが、やっぱ駄目だぁ～。
修理に来て貰います。（残念

来る前の事前案内では修理費用1.5～2.0万円という事でしたが
3年でこの価格の洗濯機が壊れたら怒れますよね？
との事で￥3,240で直してくれました。
エがった～。（喜

It has been running for 3years and 3months since I bought wash machine, Beat wash, but now, I can hear abnormal noise from it, Kan, Kak Kak Kakan Kan.

I don’ want to hear the abnormal beat….

I hope it may have possibility to recover if I left it for one week or more little, but the result was not.

So I have asked Hitachi for coming and repairing it. So sad

I was informed the repair cost is from JPY15,000 to JPY20,000 before he coming but I use only 3 years and little so he said if washing machine was broken with this short period, I may disappoint, right?

So he gave me big discount JPY3,240 and he completely repair it.

It was very good thing for me!!!!

ダイエット終了 Diet finished

3週間のダイエット生活完了。
約4ｋｇの減量に成功!!!!

殆ど炭水化物を摂取せずに低カロリー簡易食、サラダ、果物、
こんにゃく、豆腐をメインに食べて過ごしました。
出張中は運動が出来なかったので散歩と筋トレ。
帰国後は、日程が合わず剣道が出来なかったので、
水泳でエネルギーを燃焼したのだが・・・。
何故か体脂肪率25.6％って、おいおいっ。
元々体脂肪率は22～23％代で高めだったけど、25.6％は多いわぁ～（悲
筋力が落ちてしんどい。

I completed 3 weeks diet life and I could lose about 4kg successfully!!!!

I almost not eat carbohydrate but almost only eat low calorie easy food, salad, fruits, Konjac and Tofu for this 3 weeks.

I couldn’t do training during business trip so I did walking and light weight training during it.

After returning Japan, I also couldn’t go to Kendo training because of some of other schedule so I tried to reduce energy with swimming but….

I don’t know why but my body fat percentage became 25.6%.

Oh my god!!!

My body fat percentage was little high level about 22~23% but now 25.6%.

It is too high.

That’s why I feel little tired nowadays because of loosing muscle.

ホーチミン Ho Chi Minh

出張から無事帰って来ました。

ホーチミンのホテルからの景色を紹介します。
サイゴン河に面した落ち着いたホテルで快適でした。
ホーチミンは川の多い街でしたわ。
でも、滞在中特に「お～っ!!」って驚く物は無かったかな・・・。

でも、フォーはやっぱ美味しかったです。

I safely backed from business trip.

I’ll introduce you Ho Chi Minh scenery from hotel I stayed.

The hotel was very calm located at side of Saigon River.

There were lots of rivers in Ho Chi Mine but unfortunately I couldn’t find exciting something in there this time. 

Pho noodle was nice taste, though.

2016 8月 初ベトナム 2016 Aug, Fist experience for visiting Vietnam

はてさて、先週から出張に出ていて今日これからベトナムへ向かいます！
人生初のベトナム訪問!!!

フォーを食べるチャンスがあれば良いのだが。
ホーチミンってどんな所かね？
解ってると思うけど仕事です。

Hi! I've been coming business trip since last week and I will visit Vietnam from now today.
This is first time for me visiting Vietnam.

It is great if I have chance to eat Pho.
I wonder Ho Chi Minh is good place or not.
You may know this visiting is fof job, of cause. 

丸亀製麺 in ジャカルタ Marugame Udon in Jakarta

今週火曜日（8/23）からインドネシア出張してます。

本日土曜日（8/27）はジャカルタで休日。
ホテルに居ても暇なので、ダイエットと兼ねてショッピングモールを2時間散歩。
丸亀ってジャカルタに進出してるんですね～。
PM15時というのにほぼ満席。

日本と同じ味かトライしたいところですが、現在私はダイエット中。
酒も控え日本から持ってきた玄米ブランとゼリーのみで我慢している身。
写真だけ撮って帰ってきました。あ～腹減った～。


I'm coming to Jakarta from 23rd Aug(Tuesday).
Today 27th Aug(Sat) is holiday at Jakarta.
You know I don't have anything to do at hotel room so I visited shopping mall for diet with walking for 2 hours.
In there I found Marugame Udon. I didn't know the restaurant is expanding to Jakarta.

Time was arround 15:00 but the seats were almost full.
I wanted to try the taste is same as Japan but now, I'm doing diet.
I'n quiting beer and only eating diet food and jello which I brought from Japan during this week.
So I took photo only and was back to hotel.
Oh~~~, I'm starving!!

高野山 Koyasan

残念ながら夏休みも終り今日から仕事ですね～。
今年の夏休みは世界遺産　高野山に行って来ました。

Our summer holidays were finished and job starts from today.
We went to World Heritage Koyasan in This vacation.
I took movie of it so please check it, little long over 28 minutes, though.

人生最太 the fattest in my life

食欲の秋までまだしばらく時間がありますが食欲が止まらない。

2年前に北海道の友人A子から北海道比布町産「ななつぼし」という米を
送って貰ってから、我が家の米は「ななつぼし」。
しかし、去年再びA子が高校剣道部の後輩中野くんが作った「ななつぼし」を
送って来たのよ。
で、その美味さにビックリ!!!!　同じ「ななつぼし」でも全然違う。
”米人なかの”の「ななつぼし」は味は勿論の事だが、米の香りが最高！
それ以来、我が家は中野君の「ななつぼし」しか食べてません。

しかし、一つ問題が・・・・。
そのお陰で・・。約半年でこうなりました。
ワシの体重は68～70kgだったはずなのに・・・。こんな体重初めて見た。
美味いもんで、どうしても食べすぎちゃう。止まんねーの。

Most of agricultural will be cropped in autumn and it is the best season for eating, right?
I cannot stop eating even though it is not coming yet.

2 years ago, my friend A子, living in Hokkaido send me a gift of rice "Nanatsuboshi", made in Hokkaido Pippu town and from the time, I changed rice at my home to "Nanatsuboshi".
And last year, she sent me "Nanatsuboshi" again and it was produced by our Kendo underclass student Nakano-kun.
When I ate the Nakono-kun's Nanatsuboshi, I got shock of the deliciousness.
His Nanatsuboshi is completely different with Nanatsuboshi which I was buying in my town, Iwata city.
His is not only delicious but also flavor is fantastic!
From the time, I'm only eating his Nanatsuboshi in my house.

But there is little big problem....
Because of this rice... My weight became this for half years.
My weight might be between 68 to 70kg... I have never seen like this heavy weight in my life.
It is really taste good so I cannot stop eating.
I'm absolutely too much eating....but I cannot stop...so sad.

デカモニター Big Monitor

さぁ、本日から夏休みスタート！

家の嫁の趣味はゲーム。
最近はファイナルファンタジー（FF)にハマっており、テレビでプレーしていたのですが
当然テレビは私も見るのでテレビ使用権の争いに。
そこで嫁が思い付いたのが、PCモニターをデカイのに替えてゲーム兼用に。

現在我家のリビングは、50インチテレビの横にデカモニターが鎮座し、
私がテレビを見ている時はデカモニターで、テレビを見ていない時には
50インチテレビで大好きなアイスコーヒを片手にFFプレイ。
最高の夏休みの様です。
（ちなみにアイスコーヒーが置かれているPCとテレビの間の台も
　デカモニターを置く為に買いました。）

Summer vacation stared from today.

My wife's hobby is video game.
Nowadays she is playing Final Fantasy(FF) and she was plying it with TV.
Of cause, not only she but also I watch TV so sometime, we had fight which one use TV.
So she found good idea which she will buy new big PC monitor which is also used as video game.

So now in our living room, 50 inch TV and big monitor are sitting next to each.
When I'm watching TV, she play with big monitor and if I don't watch TV, she will play FF with TV and drinking her favorite ice coffee.
It must be great summer holidays for her.

You may find a shelf which has coffee between TV and PC, right?
We have also bought it for setting the big monitor.

メロン Melon

間もなく夏休み。
今年は8/13～9/21までと結構長いんだよね～。
って思っていたら、我が家にメロンが届きましたぜ～。

そう市場勤めの彼からです。
メロン嫌いの嫁は
「何でメロンなんだ!!　でんすけスイカの方が良かった。」
と文句ブーブー言ってましたが、有り難くワシ1人で頂きまぁ～す！

Summer vacation will be soon.
This year is from 13th to 21st so it pretty long.
When I'm very much looking forward to coming it, Melons were arrived at my house.

Yes, they are from my friend who is working at wholesale market.
Actually my wife doesn't like melon so she said "Why he sent us melon? Densuke water melon was much better for me".
She complain a lot but it doesn't matter, I'll complete by my self.

国宝彦根城 National treasure Hikone castle

はい！国宝彦根城行って来ました！
あまり期待せずに、まぁ～行ってみるか程度で
訪問しましたが、意外や意外！
良かった～。

動画の中で姫路城って何回も言ってますが間違いです。
彦根藩 井伊家30万石やるわぁ～。
入場料￥600でこれが見れるなら安いと思いました。

Hi! I visited National treasure Hikone castle in 23rd Jul.
I just stopped at this castle with not expecting a lot but my thinking was completely mistake.
This is very good castle!

In movie, I'm saying "Himeji castle" several times but it is my mistake.
The Hikone domain 300 thousand koku, the house of Ii, is great!
I think the entrance fee JPY600 is very cheap for seeing this.

彦ニャンの諸事情 Hiko-nyan's several secret circumstances

ども～、23日（土）に彦根城を見に行って来ました。
その模様は別途アップしますが、まずは彦根と言えばこの人??「彦にゃん!!!!」

丁度タイミング良く彦にゃんに遭遇！
しかし、この暑さ。やはり・・・・・、そらそ～だ。
って動画です。

I could find Hiko-nyan by chance.
But, you know today is in Jul so we are in quite hot season right now.
The temperature is also big problem for him, right?
This movie is telling you his several circumstances but sorry you can hear only Japanese.

参議院選挙2016

久し振りの投稿になりますなぁ～。
ここ最近特にこれといった話題も無かったので・・・・。

さて本日は参議院選挙投票日！
勿論、投票行って来ましたよ～。税金払ってますかねぇ～。
で、気になった事が一つ。
それは立候補者のポスターですわ。
まずはこれ。
選挙ポスターってこんなんよねぇ。
「名前」と「顔」

しかし、この大嶽創太郎さんのポスターが、かなりイケてる。
っーか、これ選挙ポスター??って思ったわ～。他の人達と全然違う。
この方、元モデルらしく他の4名の方達とのアンバランス感に
ツイツイ目が引き込まれましたわ。
でも、個人的には選挙ポスターとしては、4名の方の方が見易くて良いかな。

インドネシア出張 2016Jun

12日から17日でインドネシア出張です。
今回はプアサ（断食）中の出張でした。

インドネシアの人はスゴイね～。
この暑い中、日中飲まず食わず。
俺には無理だわ～。

今回は今までインドネシアでワシの面倒を見てくれていたM方さんが
契約満了で帰国する事になったのでジャカルタの焼き鳥屋で軽い飲み会をしました。
何故JKTで焼き鳥??と思うでしょ？
プアサ中はお酒が飲めるレストランが非常に少なく、日本料理屋ですら
中々飲酒の許可がされないのです。
その環境の中飲める店が焼き鳥屋さんでした。

アスパラ2016 Asparagus 2016

はい、ど～もぉ～。

今年も北海道からアスパラが届きましたぜ～っ!!!
そうそう、毎年送ってくれるのは悪友A子さん。
アスパラの1週間程前にも剣道の昇段祝を頂きましたが、
これは食べれる物では無かったので掲載は省略させて頂きました。

アスパラ食べて剣道に精進します！
明日の朝食はアスパラカレーで決定っ!!!
で、その後稽古、で、日曜日は試合です。剣道でスケジュールが一杯ですわ。
少しでも弟の剣道に近づける様に頑張らねば!!!!

Hello!

Asparagus was arrived at my home from Hokkaido this year too.

Yes, they are gift from my good friend A-ko.

One week before asparagus arriving, the other gift also arrived at my house as present of getting new Kendo grade but it was not food so I skipped to introduce you.

I’ll do my best for Kendo training with eating these Asparagus.

I’ll cook Asparagus curry tomorrow breakfast!!!!

And then I’m going to go Kendo training tomorrow and Sunday is Kendo competition.

My schedule is full with Kendo.

I have to do training more for catching my brother level bit by bit.

中部ジャワ遺跡巡り

はいはい、8日からインドネシア出張中です。
今回の日程は週末を挟んでいる為、15日（日）は中部ジャワの仏教、ヒンドゥ経の
遺跡巡りをして来ましたぜ～。

この遺跡巡りはお世話になっているM方さんが今年の4月から目覚めたらしく
全てM方さんにお任せルートで行ったのですが、まぁ～スゲーの何のって。
とんでもない高地、巨木、見事な景色、巨大な宮殿跡等々、行く所次々見応えの有る遺跡だらけ。
一日中驚きっぱなしでした。

プランを立てたM方さんも全て初めての訪問先でワシと同様に驚きまくってました。（笑

死ぬまでに一見の価値は十分有るので時間とお金が許すのであれば是非

腹壊したせいで幾分ワシ痩せたか??

ノックアウト!!! Knockout

8日（日）からインドネシア出張12日間。
今回は少々長いのです。

さて、昨日昼食を食べた後から何だか気持ちが悪くなってきた。
最初は料理にアレルギーの何かが入っていたのかな??って思ったのだが
夕方には下痢ピー。
18時頃には熱も出てきて完全にノックアウト。

病院に連れて行って貰い点滴2本と薬を頂き何とか出張継続してますが
昨日はヤバかった～。
病院着いたら38度の熱。ホテルに帰って寝てたら寒気がして来てガタガタ震え、
下痢も直ぐには止まらず朝4時までベッドとトイレの往復で全く寝れない。
薬が効いている様で今は７割方復活してます。

Now I’m in business trip to Indonesia for 12days from 8^th.

After yesterday’s lunch, my condition was getting bad bit by bit.

At first, I thought I ate something which is my allergy in the lunch but in evening, my stomach was completely broken.

Around 18:00, I also got high fever so I was completely knocked out.

I was taken to hospital and got 2 intravenous bottles and medicines so somehow, I can continue business trip now but yesterday was really hard day for me.

My fever was about 38 degree at hospital and after back to Hotel, I felt cold and shivered.

My stomach condition was not get back well soon so I was going to between toilet and bed again and again till 4:00 AM.

Now, the medicine worked a lot so my condition was almost 70% back.

6、7段審査稽古 Training for 6 and 7th Kendo dan Judgment

来週15日に7段審査が行われるそうで、審査に向けて稽古。
指導して頂いている先生はヤマハ剣道部　師範　K先生。
ナントっ！先生は剣道8段！
9段以上の審査が行われていないので剣道8段は最高段位。
先生も指導に力が入ってます（笑

On 15^th next week, 7^th Kendo dan judgment will be held so this movie is training for the judgment.

Person, teaching, is master of Yamaha Kendo club and he has 8^th Knedo dan.

8^th Kendo dan is the highest grade in Kendo because now over 9^th dan judgment is not held.

Not only players are doing their best but also the master teaching desperately.

VDT障害って知ってる??

先月20日インドネシアからの帰り、経由地シンガポール空港で猛烈に
目が痛くなり、その後キーボードを打つ際に指が動か無くなり、めまい、イライラ。
特にパソコンの画面や携帯の液晶を見ると症状が出て、兎に角調子が悪い・・・・・。

何が原因が解らず病院を転々としたが原因、病名は解らず。
ネットで「画面　車酔い」で検索すると同じ症状の人が結構いるんよ。
そこで見つけた病気がVDT障害。
何かというとパソコン病。PCし過ぎで腕が腱鞘炎、目が眼精疲労、イライラもそれが原因。
酷い人は鬱病にもなるらしい。

原因が分かれば、それに合った治療をせないかん。って事で
腕の腱鞘炎を治療すべく、嫁さんが最近ハマっている東洋整体にワシも通う事に。
我が家から2～300ｍ位の所に有るので歩いて行けてしかも1時間4千円。
マッサージと整体の違いは良く解らんが、とにかく気持ち良い～。
しかし、中々腱鞘炎は良くならない・・・・。ま気持ちいいからいいか。

帰郷!!!2

先日やっとこ4段合格しましたが、実はワシの弟は6段なんです。
知らん内に大分差がついてしまったわ・・・。

久し振りに弟に稽古をお願いし、その模様を動画撮影しましたので公開します。
勿論弟の方が圧倒的に強いので私が敵う訳も無いのですが見るポイントは
1、左足
2、剣線の高さ
3、竹刀の振り降ろし方
ってところですかね。家に帰ってから、この動画を見ながら酒を呑み呑み24時30分まで
弟から色々ご指導頂きました。
いや～、兄弟だから遠慮無く言える、聞ける、教えて貰えるって事が有るんですよ。
ホント有り難い。
なので5段は一発合格出来るはず・・・・。
誰が見ても、その差は解るよね？

帰郷1!!!

地元旭川で剣道関係同級生の飲み会が有るという事で
母ちゃんの墓参りも兼ねて週末旭川に帰郷しました～っ！

稽古終りに皆でいつもの銭湯～！
こんなに集まってくれました。弟以外は全員同級生で昭和48年度生まれ。

で、この中の一人と稽古をした結果・・・・・。
こうなりました。
そこ！背中ですから～～っ!!!　防具無いでしょっ！叩いちゃ駄目っ!!
でも、剣道ではお互い様。こういう事も有りますわ。
でも、サスガにあまりの痛さにウズクまったわ～。
で、翌晩の飲み会で剣道談義。
まぁ～、みんな歳取ってますので「怪我の無い様に！」が合言葉ですわ。

桜 2016 Cherry blossom 2016

今年も桜の季節がやって参りました。
桜っつーのは、ホント綺麗だわぁ～。

日本人で良かった～。と思う季節ですね。

Cherry blossom season is coming this year too.
The cherry blossom is really beautiful.

I can feel happy because I'm Japanese in this season.

プランバナン寺院群 Candi Prambanan

どもども～。
今週は14日月曜日からインドネシア出張です。
あれっ???　先週フランスじゃなかったっけ??　と思う方は正解です。
忙しいんですよ～。

で、今回は中部ジャワに来ていて、また世界遺産に45分間だけ来る事が出来ました。
今度はヒンドゥ経の遺跡「プランバナン寺院群」です！
石積みの塔が建ち良く解りませんが良かったです。
でも、個人的には仏教遺跡ボロブドゥールの方が規模他においてお勧めです。
でも、中部ジャワに来たら是非両方見てみて。
見る価値は有りまっせ！

Hello!
From 14th Mon this week, I'm coming to Indonesia for business trip.
You may think last week, I was in France.
Yes, it is correct. I'm quite busy nowadays.

And then this time I'm coming to central Java and I could have time only 45 minutes for visiting World Heritage "Candi Prambanan".
Towers piled up with stones are pretty good!
But in my opinion Borobudur is bigger than this so I recommend it more than Prambanan.
But if you have chance to come to central Java, Please visit both.
Both have worth for seeing.

小さい頃からずっと剣道を教えて頂いている富田先生へ
4段やっとこ合格しました。とハガキを書いたら、お祝にと鍔を
贈って頂きました。

本当に有難う御座います。
5段は1度で合格出来る様により一層稽古に励みます。

I mailed post card to my Kendo master Tomita-sensei for telling I finally could pass 4th grade Kendo Dan and he presented me a sword guard as gift of the celebration.

I really appreciate.
I will keep to continue Kendo training more for passing 5th Dan by one time.

ボルドー2016Mar

フランスから帰国しました～。
時差ボケからの復帰に苦しんでますが時が解決してくれます。

さて、今回は週末を挟んでの出張でしたので5日土曜日にボルドー観光して
来ましたので、その模様をご紹介します！

I backed from France.
Jet lag bother me but it will be solved with time goes by.

Anyway, this time weekend was included so we visited Bordeaux for sightseeing on 5th Sat.
I'll introduce it so please watch!

夕食 Dinner at France

今回のフランス出張は週末を跨いでの日程。
そんな訳で土曜日はボルドー散策へ出かけました。
その模様は帰国後に動画を掲載しますが、今日は夕食（パスタ）を頂きましたので
こんな感じというのをご紹介します。
これでざっくりEUR35です。


This Time's French business trip schedule is including weekend.
So on Saturday, We visited Bordeaux for one day trip.
I'll update the movie after backing to Japan but I would like to show you today's dinner "Pasta" which we ate.

羽田で At Haneda airport

ども、2日から9日までフランス出張です。
中国から帰国し翌日からフランス。ってどんなんよ。

羽田でスターウォーズコラボANAを偶然見かけたので、一応こんなん
有るらしい。というのをお知らせしておきます。C3POって言ったっけ？
ところで、昨日ホテルのカウンターで電子辞書が手から滑り落ち無残な姿に・・・・。
なので英語は後程ゆっくりと書きます。

先程、中国出張から帰って来ました。
家に帰ると小包が置いて有り、これ何??と嫁に聞くと。
「あ～、アキ(弟)から届いてたよ。」って。
開けてみると剣道着が。

剣道着に「祝昇段」と刺繍がされている。
やっと4段合格出来たレベルなのに・・・。
ホント兄弟って有り難い。
しかし、俺が今のお前の位置に届くにはストレートで合格しても
9年かかるわ～・・・。
これからもご指導宜しくお願いします。

Just now, I was back from Chinese business trip.
When I arrived my home, I found parcel.
I've asked what is it to my wife and she said it is from my brother.
So i open it and it is Kendo ware.

At the ware, there is stitch "congratulation! going next stage Dan!!".
As you know my level is I could go finally 4th Dan.
I really appreciate my parents I have brother.
But you know I need at least 9 years even though I could pass 5th and 6th Dan straight.
So please teach me about Kendo a lot.

Hello, I'm on oversea business trip from 25th.
Last week, I went to Indonesia but this week, do you know where I am?
I'll show you what I ate so please try to think where I'm now.

答えは上海です。 中華街ってのは何処でもあるけど、
考えてみるとコリアンタウンも結構何処の 国にも有るよね～。
って事で昨日の夜は韓国焼肉でした～。 にんにくモリモリ食べましたぜ～。

The answer is I'm in Shanghai.
We can find China town everywhere in the world but there is Korean town also everywhere in the world.
So yesterday, I ate Korean grilled meat and garlic a lot!

祝 剣道四段合格！ I could pass 4th grade Kendo Dan!

3度目の正直で本日剣道四段合格しました～！
四段は100人受審して32名が一次（実技）合格。
その後二次（学科）、三次（日本剣道形）で9名が脱落し最終的には
23名の合格。
ナントっ！合格率23％って難し過ぎですわ静岡県剣道連盟さん。

にしても、受審料が約７千円なのですが、合格すると登録料で更に約2万6千円・・・。
高い・・・。折角合格したのにお財布が空っぽだわ。（泣

Today, I took 4th grade Kendo Dan test and could pass it.
100 people took the test and 32 people could pass the first test.
And then at the second (paper test) and he third (Kendo kata, Kendo demonstration), 9 people failed so 23 people could get the 4h dan.
So the passing ratio is only 23%.

I think Shizuoka Kendo federation's standard is too strict.
Anyway, the test fee was about JPY7,000 but after passing the test I have to register I could got new grade so the registration fee was about JPY26,000.
It is expensive.
My wallet was almost vacant..

ネシアの朝

どもども～。今日インドネシア出張から帰って来ました。
夜発朝着便での帰国だったので眠いわ～。

今日は義理の姉夫婦が静岡に来たので一緒に静岡観光をしましたぜ。

Today, My sister in low and the husband were coming to Shizuoka so we went Shizuoka tour together.
We ate Tuna rice bowl and visit Kunozan Toshogu so I'll up the pic and movie.

1月 部内リーグ戦 Yamaha kendo Club League in Jan

本日は部内リーグ戦です。1月ですのでチーム改変が行われ
今年はBチームとなりました。

中堅で出場してますが、戦績は2勝1敗・・・。
初戦で高校生にガッツリ叩かれました。（泣
ビデオで撮影しましたので動画公開しますよ～！

It is Jan so we change the team to new.

This year, I’m in B team.

I’m joining as 3^rd parson of tem and the result was 2 win and 1 lose.

In the first match, I was beaten by high school student.

どもども～。今週も日曜日から中国出張です。
今回はナントっ！新規で就航した静岡空港⇒杭州便の一番機で来ました～。
他の人には何か記念品が配られていたらしいのですが、私には何もくれませんでした。
何故・・・？


さて、静岡空港お土産売り場で、こんなん置いてました。
ぬいぐるみの大きさ、値段も大概ですが、旭川のPRがこんな所で行われているのも
オモろいと思いましたわ。
っつーか、静岡⇒旭川の直行便飛んで無いし・・・・。

I’m going to go business trip to China from Sunday this week too.

This time, I could come to China with airplane which is the first flight between Shizuoka and Hangzhou new line.

Other than me, air line staff gave something present to passengers but they didn’t give me anything.

I don’t know why??

Anyway, I found this stuffed doll in souvenir shop area in Shizuoka airport.

The surprising things are not only the size and the price but also I never expect I can see Asahikawa, my home town, PR in Shizuoka.

You know Shizuoka airport doesn’t have direct flight to Asahikawa though….

来週新機種が出るのでケーズデンキさんで特売でした。
やっぱ電化製品を買うタイミングは新機種が発売される直前直後よ～。

またSONY製品で、HDR-CX670。
このビデオカメラは手振れ補正が凄いんです！
そんな訳で今後は剣道の試合等長めの動画も撮れる様になります！

I cannot stop my shopping desire from end of last year.

I was running this blog with using compact digital camera only but finally I bought video camera!!!!

And the price is super cheap! JPY34,800 include Tax!

The new model will be released next week so it was sold with special price in K’s electric shop.

You know when electric products will be the cheapest??

It is soon after or before new model releasing.

This time I’ve bought Sony product again HDR-CX670.

The anti-shake of this camera is very great!

So I can take little long movie of Kendo competition and etc from now! 

Please expect funny movie!

2016正月 2016 New Year!

どもども～。明けまして～。
昨年母が亡くなっているので、おめでとうは無しにしておきます。

そんな訳で恒例の富士山を掲載します。
新幹線から撮影したものです。
