年末なのに・・・・。 End of year though

さてさて、今日から31日大晦日まで中国出張です。
急遽先週「中国行けないか？」との事で・・・。

今年はただでさえ正月休みが短いのになぁ。
これで正月休みは4連休になってしまいました。
まぁ、仕事が有るだけ有り難い。と思い頑張ります。
中国寒いかなぁ～。

You know this year’s New Year’s holiday is very short so my holidays became shorter more only 4days.

But I have to think it is very thankful thing I have job.

どもども、本日北海道の篤子さんからジンギスカン、お米他色々届きました～。
いやぁ～、何時も悪いね～。

で、早速本日のお昼は送ってくれた開きホッケに蝦夷ワサビを乗せて
頂きました。ツーンという適度な辛さと蝦夷ワサビ独特の風味が
ホッケに合うんだよ～。
そもそも蝦夷ワサビは、そのままご飯に乗せて食べてもGoodなんですよ～。
離れてつくづく思うが北海道はやっぱ美味いもんが多いわ。

I’ve received Hokkaido products gift, rice, mutton barbecue and etc, from friend Atsuko-san living in Hokkaido.

Thanks a lot! She always cares about me.

So today’s breakfast is the gift of fish, open Atka mackerel, and with Japanese horseradish in Hokkaido, Ezo Wasabi.

The Ezo Wasabi taste is really nice and it makes fish taste better.

Actually, not only with fish but also eating with rice is also good for the Ezo Wasabi.

Really I can understand there are lots of tasty foods in Hokkaido because of leaving from there.

今年も This year too

はい、毎年恒例の嫁リクエストの活花教室作品です。
毎年言ってますが、誰が活けてもこれ位にはなるでしょう。

Yes, this year also my wife made flower arrangement.

Every year I’m saying I think everybody can make like this kind of level.

心臓カテーテル検査

今月は忙しくて仕事、仕事の毎日。
全然ブログで紹介する様な出来事も時間も無く12月下旬になってしまった。

さて、この3年ほど胸が痛い。
さすがに心配になり本日心臓カテーテル検査を受けて来ました。
左手首の動脈からカテーテルを挿入し心臓の血管などを見る検査です。
で、結果は・・・・・。こんな感じ。解るかな??

上が心臓が伸びた状態で、下が収縮した状態。
矢印部分の血管が、心臓が縮むと折れ曲がって狭くなってるよね。
折れ曲がった部分の上部血管が動脈硬化を起こしていて、普通は
こうはならなく明らかに異常らしい。

胸の痛みの原因はこれの性かもしれないが良くは解らないらしい。
とは言え、今すぐ命が危険になる訳でも無く治療のしようもないらしい・・・・・。
これ以上動脈硬化を進めない様にストレス、食生活に注意する事。
だって。ホントに大丈夫なのか??

エンスト＆停電（非常用モード）

どもども～。今週は出張で米国来てます。
しかしアメリカは遠いわ～。
ざっくり家出てから、目的地のホテルに入るまで23時間かかったね。

さて今回はユナイテッド航空で来たんだが飛行機満席。
何でこんな時期に???　と不思議に思ったんだが、アメリカはサンクスギビングデーで
大型連休なんだとさ。
本当はＡＮＡで来たかったんだけど空席が無くてユナイテッド。
国際線で個別液晶画面の無い飛行機って久し振りに乗ったわ。
機内食も「あ～・・・、米国だもんね。」って感じの残念な内容。
そりゃ、ＡＮＡから満席になるわ。と納得です。

で、飛行機のドアが閉まり、非常用設備についてのビデオ中に突然の
エンジンストップ＆停電。
なるほど非常時はこうなるのか。というのを見せて頂きました。
真っ暗・・・。そして非常口等の最小限度の電光点灯。
この飛行機大丈夫か???　と誰もが思ったのは言うまでも無い。

週に一度は

ワシも42歳になりました。
父の歳まであと20年。母の歳まで25年。
そう遠い将来では無く同い年になる・・・・。

この歳になり日々大変な事は有るが、無事に毎日過ごせている事に
感謝をしなければいかんとつくづく思うわ。
ご先祖様に感謝～。

で、残る寿命がそんなに無いのに経済的な生活ばかりしていても仕方ない。
あの世には貯金を持って行けないからね～。
42歳を迎えた事で、考え方を少し変える事にしました。
それは食生活。

今まで牛肉なんて買う事無かったけど、週に1度位はプチ贅沢しても良いでしょ。
今週はすき焼き、先週は焼肉にしました。
こんな風に思うのも歳を取った証拠かね？

やるか～っ!!!

11月も既に中旬ですな～。

さてさて、去年からインドネシアへ行く頻度が高く、今後も仕事上で必要な物。
そう、それはネシア語です。
10年以上前にトロントで英語を勉強しましたが、今度はネシア語。
しかも日本に居ながらの独学ですわ・・・・・。

教科書も何が良いか解らんけど、取り敢えずこれ買ってみました。
勉強せな。1日単語10個ノルマだな。
まさか俺の人生でネシア語を勉強する日が来るとは・・・。

日本で売ってる??

はいはい～。やっと全ての予定が無事終了し、今スラバヤ空港で帰国便を待ってます。

ワシの弟は不味くて変なモンが大好きで非常に喜びます。
そんな訳でネシアのスーパーで見つけたファンタ　ストロベリー他をお土産で
送ってやろうかと思います。
ファンタのストロベリー味って日本で売って無いよね？
これ絶対に不味いと思うんだよなぁ。で、絶対あいつ大喜びするはず。
うわぁ～～っ!!!　マズぃ～。って言いながら。
でも、缶の絵は明らかにミカンだと思うのだが・・・。ネシアではこれが苺なのか？
喜ぶ顔が目に浮かびます。

で、今回は別に持って帰っちゃいけない物も内緒で嫁の実家土産で持って帰っちゃいます。
それが何かは言いませんがね。
これは超甘くて美味いモンです。

ヤシの実ジュース

いやぁ～、今回は毎日何かしら有るもんですねぇ。

今日はヤシの実のジュース。
これも初体験。
これまでは衛生的にどうなの??　お腹壊さない？
という思いが有り、口にしてませんでしたが、超解り易く味を説明すると、
ぬるくて、味のかなぁ～り薄いポカリスエット。
決して不味くは無いが、この微妙な甘さというかポカリ感なら水の方が俺は良いな。
ってのが個人的な感想です。

世界遺産ボロブドゥール

今回のインドネシア出張は初めてインドネシアの汽車に乗ったり、
中部ジャワ地区に来たりとイベント盛沢山。

そんな中今日は11時25分発の汽車に乗るため、駅への移動中に偶然世界遺産ボロブドゥールの
近くを通りかかり、45分位は大丈夫だから駆け足でボロブドゥール見て来るか？
と言って頂き半分ランニング状態でしたが、世界3大仏教遺跡の一つを見させて頂く事が
出来ました。（他の2つはアンコールワット、バガン遺跡だそうです。）
この遺跡792年に出来たそうなので、日本は平安時代のちょっと前になりますね。
入場料約2,500円で約35分の滞在でしたが、出張中の観光ですので十分です。
本気で見ようと思うと2時間以上は確実にかかると思います。

にしても、この気温の中走って登り降り。当然汗だく・・・・・です。
解り易くどの位の大きさかと言うと、姫路城公園の入り口から天守閣登って
写真撮影で息を整え入り口に戻るまでで35分って感じ。
死にそう・・・

インドネシア出張2015年10月パート２

今月10日に帰国したばかりなのに、またインドネシアに日曜日から来てます。
勿論仕事ですよ～。

今晩宿泊するホテルがショッピングモールと繋がっていたので、私の大好きな
スーパーマーケット散策へGO～っ！。
どうこれ？中国でこれが売られているのは納得するけど、インドネシアでも
鳥ヘッドと足指の生を販売してるんですね～。
やっぱ頭は少々残酷な気がするけど、日本ではどうしてるんだろ???

で、宿泊する部屋はこんな感じです。
これで朝食付きザックリ1泊4,500円位。結構良いです。

ワザとだろーっ！このワナっ!!

さ～、インドネシア出張も残すところ、あと2日となりました。
次の目的地に向かうべく空港に着いての出来事。

さてさて、飛行機のチェックインをしなきゃなぁ～。と空港ロビーで
自分のフライトをチェック。
私の乗る飛行機はID6233便　バルティックエアー。
e-ﾁｹｯﾄの出発時刻は11:40。しかし空港のモニターに表示されている時刻は
ナントっ！１時間も早い10:40!!!!

どっちが正解なんだ???
チェックインを無事済ませ出発ロビーで案内を待っていましたが結局出発は
チケットの通り11:40。
焦らすなよ～。

シンガポール空港で At Singapore airport

どもども、4日の夜便でシンガポール経由インドネシア出張中です。
今週金曜日の夜に羽田空港に帰国します。

さて、今回はお得な情報を提供します。
日本発のシンガポール航空便（SQ）でシンガポール（チャンギ）空港を経由した場合、
ナントっ！２０シンガポールドル（約1,600円）分の空港内通貨を貰う事が出来ます。
この通貨は空港内の殆どのお店やレストランで使用する事が出来る様です。

今回初めてその事を知り、早速トライしてみましたが情報通り20ドル使えました。
復路も貰えるかと思いトライしましたが、往復一回のみだそうです。残念・・・。
2016年3月までのサービスの様です。

素振り Practice swing

先日紹介した弟から貰った素振り用の木刀。
どうやって振れればOKなのか良く解らないので弟に見本を見せて貰いました。
両手で振ってボーっ、ボーっって音が鳴るのは解るけど、
片手で振っても音がスゴイ。
動画では拾えて無いみたいですが、かなり鳴ってました。
俺が振っても鳴りません。どうやってんの???
って言うか剣先の走りも凄いね・・・・・。今の俺には無理・・。

I asked my brother to show me how I should swing the wooden sword which he gifted me 2 weeks ago.

Can you hear the sound which making swing wind noise?

I can understand it can hear when he swing with both hands but I can hear it even he swing with one hand.

It is really great and I really cannot do and make the sound like him.

My camera microphone is not good so you may not clearly hear the sound in this movie, sorry.

Top of the sword’s speed is so fast…. I cannot do like this.

伊勢神宮参拝 2015Sep Visiting Grand shrine of Ise

どもども、26日土曜日は遊びに来た友人、弟達と伊勢神宮参拝。
天気はどうかな？？と思いましたが、雨に当たる事無く無事お参りする事が
出来ました。
北海道は歴史が浅く、伊勢神宮の様な立派な神社仏閣が無いので
皆喜んで参拝してました。
まぁ～、メインはおかげ横丁でしたけどね。

Hello, I visit Grand shrine of Ise on 26th, Sat, with friends and brother who came from Haokkaido.

I worried about weather but luckily I could visit with no rain.

Hokkaido is kind of new from opening so they cannot see this kind of historical shrine and temples so they happily tour.

Actually, they spend most of time for shopping, though.

北海道から From Hokkaido

今日は北海道旭川市から弟と同級生達が剣道しにやって来ました。
2泊3日の日程で明日は伊勢神宮を参拝、日曜日は再度ヤマハ剣道部で稽古。
稽古後16時の便で静岡空港から北海道に帰ります。

こうして遊びに来てくれるというのは嬉しいもんですわ。

Today, my brother and my class mate in high school were coming from Hokkaido Asahikawa city for playing Kendo.

Their schedule is 3days 2nights and we will visit the Grand shrines of Ise tomorrow and on Sunday, they will join Yamaha Kendo club training again and after it, back to Hokkaido from Shizuoka airport with 16:00 departing airplane.

This is big my pleasure my friends visiting me.

全日本実業団剣道大会 in 日本武道館

昨日は初めて日本武道館へ行って来ました。
ご存知の通り武道館と言えば武道の聖地!!!!

通常は各地の地域予選、県大会で優勝したチームのみが出場を
許される全国大会。
そしてその会場が日本武道館なのです！
当然そこで試合をするのは、剣道をする者にとって憧れ。

ところが、今回の全日本実業団大会は予選無し。
民間企業の剣道部であれば出場可能という憧れの武道館への裏口入学的な大会！
こんな大会が有ったなんて知らなかった～。

ワシは団体戦大将で出場！
1回戦はシード、2回戦から登場で対戦相手は1回戦を勝ち上がってきた
神戸製鋼チーム！
ヤマハ　赤、神戸製鋼　白
先方　1-1　引き分け
次方　0-2　負け
中堅　2-0　勝ち
副将　2-0　勝ち

ワシの出番大将戦の前段階でヤマハチームは勝数2-1で1勝リード。
取得本数5-3で2本リード。
大将戦が1本差負け以上でヤマハチームの本数差勝利。2本差負けだと勝数本数が同数に並び
代表決定戦という状況。
したがってワシは無理せず引き分け狙い。
結果は予定通り引き分けでヤマハチーム勝利!!!!

試合中肉離れの痛みが強くなったので3回戦は出場せず交代してもらいましたが
ホント良い経験になりました。

試合の動画は以下で見れます。ワシの大将戦は8分30秒頃からです。

素振り用 For practice swing

旭川の弟から素振り用の木刀を送った。
これで素振りをすると打突に冴えが出る様になる。
俺はこれで6段合格した!!!
というお勧めの木刀をプレゼントしてもらいました。

普通の木刀と比較すると長さは殆ど同じ、でも太さが薄いんです。
この薄さがポイントで知らず知らずにぶれている振りが矯正されるらしいです。

弟よ。有難う。
だが、俺が4段合格出来ないのは、それ以前の問題なのだよ・・・・・・。
お前の6段と同じ段階ではとても無い・・・。知ってるだろ？俺の腕前を。

I received gift, practice swing wooden sword, from my brother living in Asahikawa city.

He said if I train practice swing with this wooden sword, my swing will be well sharp and he could pass sixth grade dan with this wooden sword.

He gave it to me for improving my Kendo skill.

I compare normal and the practice swing wooden sword.

The length is almost same but the thickness is flatter and this flatness is the point for curing shaking swing.

Thank you brother

But you may know the reason that I cannot pas 4^th grade dan is not only the point.

I have lots of points I need to cure….

My skill is not same as your level 6^th dan.

You must know my level, right?

But I will try. thanks!

剣道具収納 Kendo protector shelf

ご機嫌で今まで使っていた面と新しい面を並べて置いていたら、
同居人から鬼の様な言葉。
「邪魔ｯ!!!!!　どちらかを処分しろっ!!!」って。

夏場しっかり汗をかいて稽古したら、面だって濡れるんです。
ジメっとした面をかぶって稽古したく無いんで、やっぱり面は2つ必要なんです
お代官様。

この悪代官の無体な命令に対抗すべく買いましたスチールラック。
これで文句無ーだろっ!!

どうでしょうか。このまるで特注で作ったかの様なピッタリ感。
う～ん、いいっ！
でも、まだ肉離れが治って無くて剣道出来ませんがね・・・・・。

I was put new and old Men, Kendo head protector, on floor for drying and my wife gave me very strict words “they are obstacle so you have to threw away one of them!!”.

You know in summer if I training Kendo, I will sweat a lot and Men will also wet so I need more than 2 Mens because I don’t want to wear wet Men.

I bought steal shelf for countermining wife’s demand.

So you don’t have any complain, right??

How do you think this steal shelf?

It is really fit to this corner space, right?

But I still have tone muscle so I cannot play Kendo, though.

河村接骨院 Kawamura bone sett hospital

8/30の稽古で左足脹脛を肉離れしてしまい、1カ月は絶対安静だなぁ～。と
ヘコんでいた所、駄目元でネット検索し肉離れを3分で治すという河村接骨院を発見。

おいおい、マジかぁ？？
3年前に肉離れをやった時は歩ける様になるまでだって2週間以上かかったのに
3分って・・・。
まぁ～、でも万が一ホントにそんな事が出来るなら。と行ってみたんだが、
居たよゴッドハンド!!!!
さすがに3分とはいかなかったけど、今日で丁度1週間だけど突っ張る様な違和感は
まだ有るけど、軽くなら走れる位まで回復してます。
ただし、最初の治療はとんでもなく激痛でしたがね。
あれに耐えないと回復しないらしい。でも涙が出るくらい痛かったわ～。

I had a torn muscle at my left calf at Kendo training on 30^th Aug so I thought I have to take a complete rest for a month.

I think it may be not possible but I tried to find good hospital for rapid recovering and I found Kawamura bone sett hospital which can cure a tone muscle with 3 minutes.

It is 3 minutes??? Really??

When I had torn muscle 3 years ago, I needed over 2 weeks for starting walk so only 3 minutes is too short and impossible, I think.

But if the bone setter really can do it, it will be really great so I doubtfully visited there and there was god hand bone setter!!!

He couldn’t cure my hurt in 3 minutes but today, one week after getting hurt, I’m recovering like I can run rightly.

But you know the first treatment’s pain was terribly pang.

For getting fast recovering, the bone setter said we have to endure the pang but it was really pain and tears were coming out.

祝勝会 Victtory celebration

今日は部内リーグの後、昨年下期の部内リーグ（Cチーム）優勝祝勝昼食会に
行って来ました。
浜松名鉄ホテル14階の中華料理店。
川邊師範も参加して下さり楽しい時間でした。
今季上期もAチームで上期優勝、しかも上期MVPまで頂きましたぜ～!!!!!

しかし、掛稽古で肉離れ。
折角新品防具が来たのですが、これで1カ月安静・・・・・。
あぁぁ～あ。

I went to victory celebration lunch of the second half of the last year in Yamaha kendo club, C team.

The place was Chinese restaurant at Meitetsu Hotel at 14^th floor.

Master Kawanabe also joined us so the lunch became so fun.

This first half of the year, also my A team won and I could got MVP too!!!!

BUT!!! I got a torn muscle at today’s training.

New Kendo protector was coming so I wanted to training hard but I have to do complete rest about a month….

Oh no…..

待ってました！ I was waiting!

やっと来ました～っ!!!!
新しい防具ですっ!!!!

写真では解り辛いと思いますが、胴も胸も艶消しでマットな感じ。
後ろに掃除機が見えているのが何でやんねんっ!!!ってなりますが。
それは別として新しい防具はテンション上がりますわ～。
めちゃめちゃ嬉しいです。

明日の稽古頑張れるわ～。

Finally, my new Kendo protector was coming!!!

I think it is difficult to know with picture but chest and stomach part is frosted and it’s cool.

You may find knob of cleaner behind of me, right?

I wonder the sense of the picture skill of my wife but I’m really happy.

I may play harder Kendo training from tomorrow.

2015年8月インドネシア出張 Business trip to Indonesia 2015 Aug

さてさて、夏休みが終わり今日から皆さん仕事でしょ？？
ワシも同じく今日から仕事です。
しかし、昨夜の豪雨のおかげで夜中の1時半に目が覚めてから
朝まで眠れんかったぁ。雨音がゴォォォーーっってうるさくてよぉ。
完全に寝不足よ。

ところが普段の行いが良いのか悪いのか、本日から金曜日まで
インドネシア出張～。
おかげで新幹線、飛行機の中で確り寝れましたわ。
今ジャカルタのホテルに着いたところです。時差が2時間有るので
ジャカルタはまだ19時ですわ。

他の人たちは、きっとまだこんなに寝るまで時間が有るわ～。って
なるんでしょうが、ワシは日本時間に合わせて直ぐに寝ます。
２時間位の時差は無い事にして、ワシは日本時間で寝起きしてます。

さて、今回も羽田発の便でしたが一応写真を掲載しておきます。

Hello, you may also start job from today, right?

Yes, me too.

But because of last night heavy rain, I couldn’t sleep well.

I was woken up at 1:30 and the noise of the rain was disturbing my sleep so I’m completely lack of sleep.

But fortunately, I’m going business trip to Indonesia from today to Friday so I could sleep well in airplane and Shinkansen bullet train.

Now I just arrived at hotel in Jakarta.

There is 2 hours time deference so Jakarta is still 19:00 o’clock.

Maybe other people are thinking you have still time till going bed for sleep but I don’t try to think so

I will go to bed now and I’m always thinking Japanese time.

I always ignore this small time deference, 2 hours, and try to living with Japanese time.

Anyway, this time also I was departed from Haneda airport but took picture again.

2015夏休み2 Summer vacation 2015 Ⅱ

長い夏休みも今日で終わり、明日から仕事ですね～。

この暑い中、今朝は剣道の稽古行って来ましたぜ～。
何せこの1週間は全く運動してませんでしたからね。

さて、昨日我が家に珍客が来たので動画撮影しました。
この時期に蝉の声ってのは暑さを倍増させますわ。

Finally summer vacation was finished and job will start again from tomorrow, right?

In this heat wave condition, I went to Kendo training this morning.

I didn’t do anything exercise during this summer vacation for a week so it was good for me.

Anyway, yesterday, one unexpected visitor was coming to my house so I took the movie.

In this heat temperature, cicada’s voice is increase the feeling of the hot. 

夏休み2015 Summer vacation 2015

暑いなぁ～。
浜松は今日も最高気温35度超えてますわ。
でもな、我が家は今年の夏もエアコン無しで頑張ってまっせ～。
静岡は緑が多いから都会とは明らかに暑さの質が違うわ。
これが大阪なら絶対エアコン無しは無理。

さて、先週土曜から9日間の夏休みですわ。
とは言え、何処に行くという予定が有る訳で無くダラダラとした毎日を。
ってならないのが今年の夏休み。
何とっ！夏休み明けからインドネシア出張。で、その後8月25日に
木材接着士の試験を受けんとイカンのよ。
そう、この歳で夏休み返上で試験勉強よ～。

なんでやねんっ！

So~~ Hot!!!!

In Hamamatsu, temperature goes over 35 degree today too.

BUT I still don’t use air conditioner also this summer.

I think Shizuoka has lots of nature environment so the level of heat is absolutely different with big city.

If I were living in Osaka, it is impossible to survive with no air conditioner.

Anyway, now I’m in summer 9 days vacation which started from last Sat.

I don’t have any plan to go anywhere and I want to spend time with doing nothing every day but this year, I cannot do like that this vacation.

Because soon after this vacation, I’m going to go to business trip Indonesia and after it, I have to take examination of wood lamination license.

Yes, I have to study for the exam during this vacation.

I cannot believe now I’m in vacation!!!!

Why I have to study like this!

高校剣道部OB会 Old boy and girl meeting in high school Kendo club

先週末、北海道の実家に帰省しました。
何しに？って剣道しにです。
そんなに剣道好きだっけ？って言われると微妙ですが、夜の飲み会は楽しかったです。

ワシが4段合格しないもんで、先生の有り難いご指導を2時間ミッチリ
頂いて、こんなに教えて頂いて、また合格出来なかったら大変申し訳無いです・・・・。
って感じでした。
18日の稽古会はこんな感じ。

End of last week, I was back to my home in Hokkaido.

Why did I back for?? It is for playing Kendo.

If you ask me I like Kendo the much? My answer is not so but the party at night was fun for me.

Former teachers spend 2 hours lessen for me because I haven’t get 4^th dan (grade) in Kendo.

Even though I took this great lessen but if I fail 4^th dan again, it is so sorry for teachers….

The training was like this.

19日は小学生の頃からずっと可愛がってくれた富田先生が3月に定年退職されたので
そのお祝いをさせて頂きました。
弟が別の用事が入っていて来れなかったので、あっちゃんに来てもらいましたぜ。

On 19^th, my Knedo master Tomita-sensei who has been teaching me Kendo since very small kids was retired in Mar so we had party.

My brother had other appointment so he couldn’t join us.

So I asked Achan to join and help me.

年一回の Once a year

どもども～。今日から東京で講習会に1泊2日で来てます。
で、東京泊となれば、そう紘子さん。

毎年1度会ってます。
彼女はまだまだ30代ですから元気でしたよ～。
トロントで一緒に居たのは10年以上前だね～。
といって話出来るのは有り難い事ですわ。

Hello, I’m coming to Tokyo one night 2days for lumber lamination course.

So If I stayed at Tokyo, Yes, I have to meet Hiroko-san, right?

We are meeting once a year.

She is still thirties so she is fine and beautiful.

It was very nice talking about spending time together at Toronto 10 years ago.

初収穫2015 First crops 2015

はいはい、今年のゴーヤ発収穫で御座います!!!!
去年よりも2週間程早いですね。

サイズは少し小さいですが、ゴーヤカレーにして美味しく頂きました～。
これからもドンドン生ってちょうだいよ！

Hello, they are first crop in this year.

This is 2 weeks earlier than last year.

The size is little small but I’ve cooked them bitter melon curry and nicely eaten.

I’m expecting to get crops more and more.

どもども～、昨日の夜は剣道でした。
で、肝心なのは、ここが何処か？？って事ですよ。
2日(木)からインドネシア出張に来てますのでね～。

そう、ここはスラバヤです！
インドネシアでもこんなに沢山の方が稽古に集まるんだ!?
とビックリですよ。
この中にはインドネシア代表選手が2名いて、6月日本武道館で行われた
世界選手権にも出たんだってよ～。
凄いよなぁ。
是非また参加したい!!!!

What a many people were coming to kendo training in Indonesia so I was very surprised.

In this picture, there are 2 people of representative Indonesia national team and they entered world Kendo competition, held at Budokan in Japan, in Jun.

It is so great!

インドネシア出張2015年7月 Indonesia business trip 2015Jul

さ～て、今日から来週8日までインドネシア出張です。
急遽後半3日の予定が無くなってしまい今回は週末を挟んでの変な日程になってしまった。
週末ネシアで遊ぶ為に、こんな日程組んでんじゃねーのか!?
と思われそう。

でも、週末ちょっとしたイベントが無い訳ではないのですがね。
それは後日アップします。

I’ll go to Indonesia business trip from today till 8^th next week.

Suddenly, 3 days of the second half schedule were disappeared so this time’s schedule became including weekend.

If people check my schedule, they may think I’m arranging this schedule for playing in Indonesia at weekend but it is not.

But actually I have a small event weekend though.

早っ!!!! So early!!!

今年はゴーヤの栽培方法を少し変えています。
去年、一昨年は摘心という工程を入れて、子ツル、孫ツルが
沢山出る様にしていましたが、今年は基本摘心せずにネットからはみ出したら
切るという方法にしてます。何故なら大阪の嫁の実家がそうしていて、
しかも毎年ゴーヤが鈴生りだからですわ。

で、昨日の朝早々と雌花が開花！
去年の雌花開花が7/8なので、半月以上早い事になりますな～。
早速効果が出て来ているのかも。

I’m changing little way of this year’s bitter melon growth.

Last and the year before last, I did pinching for many new small vines growing well but this year, I didn’t do it and only cut vines which beyond growth net because my wife’s parents are doing this way and they get many crop.

Early, one female flower bloomed this morning!

Last year’s bloom was 8^th Jul so it is over half month earlier than last year.

It may be well working.

中国出張2015JunⅢ Chinese business trip 2015Jun part Ⅲ

本日の便で中国から帰国します。
あ～、疲れた～。

さて、昨日の夜は仕事も終わったし、マッサージでも行きませんか？
（Hな奴じゃないですよ）となり、中国なのに何故か韓国マッサージ店へ。
まぁ、その辺は気にせず揉んでくれれば良いので入店。
110分で188元（約3,800円）で足と全身マッサージ。
そもそも中国語が解らないワシは、一緒に行ってもらった方が勝手にアレンジした
プランに身を任せるのみ。
で気が付いたら、横から「お～～っ!!!」という歓声。
これどういう状況か解る???

I’ll back to Japan with today’s flight.

So tired

Yesterday’s night after finish job, we went to massage which is not erotic one.

I was in China but somehow we went to Korean massage.

Important points are massage and relax so I don’t care it.

The price was CNY188 (about JPY3,800) whole body massage for 110 minutes.

I cannot speak Chinese so my partner going together arranged my massage plan and everything up to him.

At second half during massage, suddenly I could hear voice “Ohhhh~~!!!!”.

Can you understand this situation??

6回位燃やされましたが、当然背中がポカポカ暖かい。

中国出張Jun2015Ⅱ（ザリガニ） Business trip to China 2015 Jun part Ⅱ(Crayfish)

はい、昨日から中国無事来てます。

さてさて、今夜は木材屋さんと一緒に夕食です。
で、何が出て来るかと思えば・・・・・。
そう、これはザリガニですね～。連れて行ってくれたレストランが
四川料理の様で辛く味付けがされていましたが、まぁ、エビみたいな
感じですかね。
個人的な意見ですがエビの方が美味しいと思いました。
ただ、一緒に行った会社の先輩は美味しいと言って結構食べていたので
それぞれの好みだと思います。

当然昼食も中華料理でしたが、基本的に中華料理は大好きなので昼も夜も
結構食べ過ぎてますわ。
帰国したら剣道して体重落とさないかんなぁ。

I’m coming to China from yesterday.

I had dinner with supplier tonight.

You know what we had??

Yes, this is crayfishes.

The restaurant I was taken is Sichuan food restaurant so the crayfishes were tasted little spicy and it was like shrimp.

In my opinion, shrimp taste is better than crayfish but my senior coming together was well eating crayfishes a lot so I think it’s depends on person.

Today’s lunch was also Chinese food but basically, I like it so I ate too much both, lunch and dinner.

After back to Japan, I have to play Kendo a lot and lose weight.

中国出張Jun2015 Business trip to China 2015 Jun

先週米国、そして週末剣道4段審査。
しかし、4段またもや不合格っ!!!!　オ～イっ!!!
忙しい中折角受審したのによ～。不合格って・・・・。
次回は10月かな・・・・。

さて本日から週末まで中国出張です。
忙しいのか？？？忙しいんだろうな。
こんなに海外ばかり行っていて色々大丈夫なんだろうか。

Last week was USA and I took Kendo 4^th dan examination this weekend.

BUT!!! I failed the examination again!!!!!

You know I’m so busy nowadays and took exam but fail… NO~~っ!!!!

The next exam will be Oct.

Anyway, I’ll go to business trip to China till Saturday.

Sometime I’m wonder I’m going to oversea too much and my life is really fine??

袴新調！ New Japanese trousers

いやぁ～、疲れた～。
米国2泊4日の出張から無事帰国。たった2日しか米国に居なかったので
あれは本当に米国だったんかなぁ？？って思うくらいの弾丸出張。

さて、本日紹介するのは袴ですわ。
今使っているのは高校の時に買った袴なのでボロボロになっちゃって。
そこで弟にお勧めの袴は？って聞いたらシルクテックが絶対良いっ!!!!
と言うアドバイス。
でも、値段もとても良くて、何とっ!!!4万円!!!!!!
おいおい、袴だけの値段でそこそこの上下買えますけど・・・。

まぁ～、今回も弟の意見に従い三恵さんのシルクテック”禅”26号を購入～。
やっぱ新しい袴は紺の色が濃くて良いわ～。
でも、これは4万円出さなくても、どれも最初は色が濃いんですがね・・・。

I’m back from 4days 2 nights business trip from USA. So tired

You know, I stayed only 2days in USA so I really wonder there were really USA or not??

It is really bullet business trip.

Anyway, this time what I would like to introduce you is Japanese trousers.

I bought my Japanese trousers, now I’m using when I was high school student so it is little worn-out.

So I decided to buy new and asked my brother to recommend good one.  

His advice is it must be silk-tech.

But the price is also very great, JPY40,000.

If I pay JPY40,000, normally I can buy not only Japanese trousers but also Kendo wear… But I decided buying this as brother’s advice.

This is “Zen”, silk-tech size 26 made by Sankei.

You know the new one is very deep blue.

It is cool, right?

But all new Japanese trousers are deep blue even I don’t pay JPY40,000. 

で、着るとこんな感じです。
う～ん、イイねぇ～。
あれ!?　俺首が左に曲がってるな・・・。

やっぱデカイっ!!! So big!!!!

どもども～、米国来てますよ～。

昨日の夕食はステーキはどう？って言われたので、
「お～、いいね～。」って答えたのだが・・・・。
出て来た肉見てビックリ。
何だこのデカさはっ!!!　多分500ｇ位あるぞ～、おい～。
必死で食い切りましたわ。

実は肉の下にもリゾットが確りレイアウトされていて、そりゃー腹一杯ですわ～。
さすがアメリカ、デカイわ～。

I got offer of going to steak restaurant so I well accepted it but….

I was so surprised with the size of steak.

It is so big!!!!! It may be about 500g weight.

I could really satisfy a lot.

This plate has also risotto under steak so I could be so full.

I really understand this is USA.

米国出張2015年6月 Business trip to USA 2015Jun

久し振りに北米大陸訪問ですわ！

トロントから帰って来て以来ですので10年以上ぶりですな。
まぁ、都合良く出張先がトロントという事ではありませんがね・・・・。
弾丸出張でこれから出発し木曜日に帰国します。

I’ll visit North America as business trip after a long separation.

Visiting USA is since back from Toronto so this is after an interval of over 10 years.

Unfortunately I don’t have chance to go Toronto this time.

This time’s business trip is very tight schedule so I’ll depart from now and on Thursday, I’ll back to Japan.

今年も来たぜアスパラ2015 Asparagus coming this year too 2015

どもども～。

今年もあっちゃんからアスパラ届きましたぜ～。
毎年悪いね～。
北海道のアスパラってマジで美味いからね。
明日からアスパラ祭や～～っ!!!
って俺、明日から米国出張・・・。アスパラ祭は月曜だけ・・・。
火曜からは嫁さんのみの祭になり、そして帰国したら祭は終了しているだろう。

I’ve received Asparagus from Atsuko-san this year too.

She sends me it every year, thank you!

You know, Hokkaido Asparagus is very tasty so we will have Asparagus party from tomorrow!!!

BUT! I have to go business trip USA from tomorrow….so I can eat them only Monday.

After I leaving home from Tuesday, only my wife can eat them and maybe when I back home she might finish eating them all.

ゴーヤ2016 Bitter Melon2016

今年もやります！ゴーヤ栽培。

日曜日に白ゴーヤと緑ゴーヤの苗を1本づつ購入。
順次発育をレポートしていきます。
デッカくなれよ～。

I’m going to do bitter melon growth this year too!

I bought white and green bitter melon seedling each on Sunday.

I’m going to report their growth day by day.

I hope they will be well growing.

麦焼酎は？ How about Wheat Shochu?

先日、酒屋で人気の麦焼酎「中々」と「山猿」を発見。
今は芋ばかり飲んでますが、麦の人気銘柄の味はどんなもんか気になり
1本づつ購入。

昨日の飲み会に持ち込みし、同僚とそれぞれ飲み比べ。
両方それぞれ個性が有り評価は好評で、麦もたまにはいいね～。って感じでした。


それぞれの感想。
「中々」・・・香り、味ともに控えめな感じで、麦ぃ～っ！って感じでは無い。
　　　　　　　しかし、まろやかな麦の風味はなる程って感じ。

「山猿」・・・私はこっちの方が好き。
　　　　　　　麦の香ばしい香り、味が全然濃くて確りしてる。中々が控え目な分
　　　　　　　こちらの強さが引き立てられました。正に麦原料って感じの美味しい焼酎です。

Some days before, I’ve found very popular wheat Shochu, “Nakanaka” and “Yama Zaru” distilled liquor, in liquor shop.

Now I’m drinking only Potato Shochu but I curious about the wheat shochu taste so I bought them one bottle each.

Yesterday, I took them to party and tasted and compare them with co-worker.

Both of them have good character and the co-worker’s reputation was high so good to drink them often.

These are my remark.

“Nakanaka”･･･smell and taste are light so we couldn’t feel strong wheat flavor but this has very mild taste and smell so taste good.

“Yama Zaru”･･･I like this one.

                      This has strong enough wheat taste and smell.

                      Nakanaka was light flavor so I could feel this strong and deep flavor more.

                      I think this is the representative wheat Shochu and very good.

GW Golden Week

どもども～。皆さんGWは楽しんでますか？？

私はと言いますと、海外旅行～。では無く・・・・。
何故か4日から7日の日程で休日出勤海外出張に出ています。全国的に休みじゃねーのかよ!?

今回の訪問先は中国、マレーシアですわ。
で、コタキナバルで2泊したんだが、超いい感じのリゾート地よ～。
夕焼けが綺麗で有名なんだって。ホテルはオーシャンビューで海の透明度も高けぇ～！
2泊したんだけど、初日の到着が19時頃で飛行機降りてタラップからの夕焼け鑑賞。
翌日は朝6時にホテル出発しーの、22時30分戻りってスケジュールだった為に
昼間のコタキナバルは全く見れず。

朝、出発前に薄暗い中海岸を5分程散歩して終わり・・・。
プライベートで来たいなぁ～。と直感で思いました。
がっ!?本当はどんな所かは不明～。

How do you enjoy GW??

My GW is not traveling oversea but business trip from 4^th to 7^th May.

I think GW is holidays for all Japanese people but somehow not me this year.

This time I visited China and Malaysia.

I stayed Kota Kinabalu 2 nights and the place is very nice resort area.

There is famous of sunset.

Hotel, I stayed has ocean view and the sea water is very clear.

First day, I arrived at Kota Kinabalu airport at 19:00 so I could see sunset view at gangway from air plan.

Second day, I left hotel at 6:00 and back hotel at 22:30 so I couldn’t see daytime Kota Kinabalu at all.

In the morning before leaving hotel, I walk around beach about 5 minutes in dim.

I assume here is very good place so I want to come again by private.

But actually I don’t know anything how good Kota Kinabalu.

芋焼酎 Potato Shochu, distilled liquor

熊本出身の同僚の影響で数年前から芋焼酎を飲み出し、最近何となく
「おっ！これ美味い！」って思う焼酎に出会ったりするようになってきました。

4月に浜松唯一のデパート、遠鉄百貨店で九州フェアが行われ、鹿児島限定芋焼酎が
販売されていたので、どんなもんか購入してみました。
今回購入したのは、さつま無双さんの「天無双」、「たにやま」。この２銘柄が鹿児島限定販売。
しかも「たにやま」は鹿児島県の中でも谷山地区限定だそうな。

他の２銘柄は後日酒屋で買い足した「赤利衛門」と「問わず語らず名も無き焼酎」。
どれも口コミ評価が高く期待大！

個人的感想
「天無双」・・これ、めちゃくちゃ美味い！香りもメチャクチャ爽やか。
　　　　　　　 必ずリピート購入します。確実にイチオシです！
「たにやま」・・これも美味い。
　　 　　　　　　ほんのり芋の香りがし、味も確りとした味わいだな。
「問わず語らず名も無き焼酎」・・うん、これもいいね。たにやまと甲乙付け難い。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　香りはライト。でも芋の甘みが広がる。
「赤利衛門」・・まだ飲んで無いので後日報告します。

Because of my co-worker’s advice, coming from Kumamoto, I’ve started drinking sweet potato shochu, distilled liquor, since couple years ago and nowadays, I could have chance to meet good taste ones.

In Apr, Entetsu department, only one department in Hamamatsu city, had Kyushu Island fair and they were selling the sweet potato shochu from Kagoshima so I bought some for trying.

This time I bought “Tenmuso” and “Taniyama” produced by Satsuma Muso.

These 2 bottles are limited products in Kagoshima only and furthermore, Taniyama is being sold in Taniyama area only.

The other bottles, “Red Riemon” and “Towazu Katarazu Namonaki Shochu”, I add some days later at neighbor liquor shop, have also high reputation.  

This is my remark.

“Tenmuso”････very good taste! Also smell good very sweet.

              I must be going to buy this again. This is the best one in these.

“Taniyama”･･･This is also good.

              I can feel light smell of potato and also enough strong taste.

“Towazu Katarazu Namonaki Shochu”

           ･･･This is also good. I like this same as Taniyama.

              Light smell but I can feel sweet potato taste enough.

“Red Riemon”･･I haven’t opened this so I’ll report after drinking later.

防具新調２ Renew Kendo protector 2

新しい防具を買うにあたって、アレコレ悩むのが楽しい事でもありますな。
今、悩んでいるの胴胸をどうするか。
ここは結構重要でしょう？

百秀さんからの提案はこんな感じですが、シンプル過ぎる？？
でも、そのシンプルさがGOOD??
最近出張が多すぎて全然この件を考えれていないんよ～。
悩むわ～。気分的にはもう少し何か個性を出したいんだがなぁ～・・・・。

I have to decide some points for buying new Kendo protector and it is kind of fun.

What I consider now is chest design of body protector.

This is very important point!

The Shop, Hyakushu, suggested me this but don’t you think this is too simple??

But the simple is good and cool?

Nowadays I’m very busy because of many business trips so I cannot decide this how I should do.

Really difficult!

I want to add something little bit my special design but how??

It is very difficult...

インドネシア出張2015年4月 Business trip to Indonesia in 2015 Apr

昨日から今週土曜日までｲﾝﾄﾞﾈｼｱ出張です。

先週は中国、今週ｲﾝﾄﾞﾈｼｱで体力的に少々キツイですが、仕事が有る事に
感謝し頑張りましょう。
今回は往復羽田発着便。
羽田ってのは有り難いですね～。
特に帰りは同じ時間（朝9時頃）着の便が成田、羽田両方に有りますが、
羽田は成田EXの移動時間1時間が短縮できます。

夜中にジャカルタを出発して翌朝日本に着くので、着いた時にはヘロヘロ。
その状態での1時間短縮はホント有り難い。
ビジネスクラスに乗れれば良いのだが・・・・無理。

ちなみに安部総理や習金平さんも丁度同じタイミングでジャカルタに
会議で来てるらしいです。
渋滞が心配。

I’m coming to Indonesia for business trip from yesterday to this Saturday.

Last week, I was in China so I feel little tired but have to appreciate about I have job and work hard.

This time I use airplane which arrival and departhre Haneda airport.

Haneda is very useful airport for me.

Especially in back way, both of Haneda and Narita airport have flight, AM9:00 arrival, but if I use Narita, I have to take Narita Express train about 1 hour for going to Tokyo but Haneda doesn’t need it so I may save the time.

I’ll depart at Jakarta airport midnight and arrive morning so when I reached Haneda, I may be really tired.

So in the condition, saving 1 hour is really good advantage for me.

If I can use business class, it is much better though.

By the way, Japanese Prime minister Abe, Chinese president Xi Jinping, Asian and African presidents are also coming to Jakarta this week.

I worry about heavy traffic jam.
