ダイエット終了 Diet finished

3週間のダイエット生活完了。
約4kgの減量に成功!!!!

殆ど炭水化物を摂取せずに低カロリー簡易食、サラダ、果物、
こんにゃく、豆腐をメインに食べて過ごしました。
出張中は運動が出来なかったので散歩と筋トレ。
帰国後は、日程が合わず剣道が出来なかったので、
水泳でエネルギーを燃焼したのだが・・・。
何故か体脂肪率25.6%って、おいおいっ。
元々体脂肪率は22~23%代で高めだったけど、25.6%は多いわぁ~(悲
筋力が落ちてしんどい。

I completed 3 weeks diet life and I could lose about 4kg successfully!!!!

I almost not eat carbohydrate but almost only eat low calorie easy food, salad, fruits, Konjac and Tofu for this 3 weeks.
I couldn’t do training during business trip so I did walking and light weight training during it.
After returning Japan, I also couldn’t go to Kendo training because of some of other schedule so I tried to reduce energy with swimming but….
I don’t know why but my body fat percentage became 25.6%.
Oh my god!!!

My body fat percentage was little high level about 22~23% but now 25.6%.
It is too high.
That’s why I feel little tired nowadays because of loosing muscle.
