やらねばっ！ have to do!

ダイエットには成功したものの体脂肪率が25％超え。
数週間様子を見てみたが全然数字は下がらない。

そこで一念発起。
人生初めて筋肉トレグッズ購入。
腹筋ローラー、プッシュアップバー、プロテイン。
目指すは15％以下！

筋肉痛がハンパねぇ～・・・・。

I could succeed diet but my body fat go over 25%.
I've believed the situation will be changed and get back to before but the number never change and back.

So I decided doing muscle training and bought training goods, first time in my life.
They are abdominal muscle roller, push up bar and whey protein.
The target is under 15%!

Muscle ache is so terrible.....

ビートウォッシュから異音 Abnormal noise from “Beat Wash”

購入してから3年3ヶ月で我が家の洗濯機（ビートウォッシュ）から
カン、カッカッカカッンカンという異音が。
おいおいそんなビートいらんわ～。
放っておけば何かのタイミングで直ったりするか？と思い
1週間放置しましたが、やっぱ駄目だぁ～。
修理に来て貰います。（残念

来る前の事前案内では修理費用1.5～2.0万円という事でしたが
3年でこの価格の洗濯機が壊れたら怒れますよね？
との事で￥3,240で直してくれました。
エがった～。（喜

It has been running for 3years and 3months since I bought wash machine, Beat wash, but now, I can hear abnormal noise from it, Kan, Kak Kak Kakan Kan.

I don’ want to hear the abnormal beat….

I hope it may have possibility to recover if I left it for one week or more little, but the result was not.

So I have asked Hitachi for coming and repairing it. So sad

I was informed the repair cost is from JPY15,000 to JPY20,000 before he coming but I use only 3 years and little so he said if washing machine was broken with this short period, I may disappoint, right?

So he gave me big discount JPY3,240 and he completely repair it.

It was very good thing for me!!!!

ダイエット終了 Diet finished

3週間のダイエット生活完了。
約4ｋｇの減量に成功!!!!

殆ど炭水化物を摂取せずに低カロリー簡易食、サラダ、果物、
こんにゃく、豆腐をメインに食べて過ごしました。
出張中は運動が出来なかったので散歩と筋トレ。
帰国後は、日程が合わず剣道が出来なかったので、
水泳でエネルギーを燃焼したのだが・・・。
何故か体脂肪率25.6％って、おいおいっ。
元々体脂肪率は22～23％代で高めだったけど、25.6％は多いわぁ～（悲
筋力が落ちてしんどい。

I completed 3 weeks diet life and I could lose about 4kg successfully!!!!

I almost not eat carbohydrate but almost only eat low calorie easy food, salad, fruits, Konjac and Tofu for this 3 weeks.

I couldn’t do training during business trip so I did walking and light weight training during it.

After returning Japan, I also couldn’t go to Kendo training because of some of other schedule so I tried to reduce energy with swimming but….

I don’t know why but my body fat percentage became 25.6%.

Oh my god!!!

My body fat percentage was little high level about 22~23% but now 25.6%.

It is too high.

That’s why I feel little tired nowadays because of loosing muscle.

ホーチミン Ho Chi Minh

出張から無事帰って来ました。

ホーチミンのホテルからの景色を紹介します。
サイゴン河に面した落ち着いたホテルで快適でした。
ホーチミンは川の多い街でしたわ。
でも、滞在中特に「お～っ!!」って驚く物は無かったかな・・・。

でも、フォーはやっぱ美味しかったです。

I safely backed from business trip.

I’ll introduce you Ho Chi Minh scenery from hotel I stayed.

The hotel was very calm located at side of Saigon River.

There were lots of rivers in Ho Chi Mine but unfortunately I couldn’t find exciting something in there this time. 

Pho noodle was nice taste, though.

2016 8月 初ベトナム 2016 Aug, Fist experience for visiting Vietnam

はてさて、先週から出張に出ていて今日これからベトナムへ向かいます！
人生初のベトナム訪問!!!

フォーを食べるチャンスがあれば良いのだが。
ホーチミンってどんな所かね？
解ってると思うけど仕事です。

Hi! I've been coming business trip since last week and I will visit Vietnam from now today.
This is first time for me visiting Vietnam.

It is great if I have chance to eat Pho.
I wonder Ho Chi Minh is good place or not.
You may know this visiting is fof job, of cause. 

丸亀製麺 in ジャカルタ Marugame Udon in Jakarta

今週火曜日（8/23）からインドネシア出張してます。

本日土曜日（8/27）はジャカルタで休日。
ホテルに居ても暇なので、ダイエットと兼ねてショッピングモールを2時間散歩。
丸亀ってジャカルタに進出してるんですね～。
PM15時というのにほぼ満席。

日本と同じ味かトライしたいところですが、現在私はダイエット中。
酒も控え日本から持ってきた玄米ブランとゼリーのみで我慢している身。
写真だけ撮って帰ってきました。あ～腹減った～。


I'm coming to Jakarta from 23rd Aug(Tuesday).
Today 27th Aug(Sat) is holiday at Jakarta.
You know I don't have anything to do at hotel room so I visited shopping mall for diet with walking for 2 hours.
In there I found Marugame Udon. I didn't know the restaurant is expanding to Jakarta.

Time was arround 15:00 but the seats were almost full.
I wanted to try the taste is same as Japan but now, I'm doing diet.
I'n quiting beer and only eating diet food and jello which I brought from Japan during this week.
So I took photo only and was back to hotel.
Oh~~~, I'm starving!!

高野山 Koyasan

残念ながら夏休みも終り今日から仕事ですね～。
今年の夏休みは世界遺産　高野山に行って来ました。
