赤霧！ Red Kirishima

いやぁ～、今年も何とか確保できましたよ～。
そう、赤霧島ですわ。
今年は中々無くて、結構あっちこっち店を渡り歩きましたが
有る所には有るんですわ。
何処に有るかは教えまへんがね。

でも、ご存知の通り、今はお酒を控えてますので金曜日までお預けです。
週末堪能します。楽しみやわぁ～。

I could barely buy this year too.

Yes, it is Red Kirishima, distilled liquor “Shochu”.

This year I couldn’t find them at first so I visited lots of shops but they were staying at special places.

I don’t tell you where they were.

But as you know, now I’m keeping off alcohol so I wait drinking this till Fri.

I’ll enjoy this weekend!

健康診断 Medical Check

本日、年に一回の健康診断。
毎年γ-GTPが高めなので、一週間前から酒の量を減らし、前日は当然禁酒。
さぁっ！かかって来い健康診断よ。正々堂々勝負じゃ～ぁっ！

とは言ったものの・・。γ-GTP：107？？　C判定ってエライ高いやないかっ！
去年まで50そこそこだったのが、いきなり倍かいなっ！
理由は勿論解っています。酒の飲み過ぎです。
診察医曰く・・。壊れた肝細胞が血液中に溶けだしているそうです・・・。
おいおいマジか!?。それってマズイんじゃねーのか??

でも、肝臓は再生能力の非常に高い臓器なので、これくらいであれば
1、毎週休刊日を2日以上連続で取る事。
2、お酒の量を適量以内に抑える事で全然元の肝機能に戻るそうです。
とは言え、心配ですのでしばらくはお酒は控えます・・・。

さて、更に気になったのがピロリ菌+でC判定って。
おいおいピロリ菌さんよ。君達は6月に退治したはずじゃなかったのかい？？
確かに1回目の成功率は70％で、30％は失敗って聞いてたけど、
まさかワシの胃の中でまだご健在だったとは・・・。

イカンっ！、今年の検診は実り多過ぎやわっ！
土曜日　速攻病院行ってピロリの再除菌せな。
どうりで、最近また胃が痛み出したと思ってたんよ。
皆さん健康第一ですからね。病院行きますよ～。

Today, I took medical check which is once a year.

Every year, my γ-GTP is little high so I reduced drinking alcohol amount from last week and of cause, last night, I didn’t drink it.

I’m ready! I’m going to completely pass you!

BUT….γ-GTP107???  The judge is C.

Oh No! It is completely higher than normal level.

The number was around 50 till last year but this time over double!

Yes, of cause, I know the reason. It is drinking alcohol too much.

Doctor said broken liver cell oozed to blood…

Oh No….Am I in serious situation now??

But, she also said liver has very high power for recover so it is no problem but I have to do below things.

1, I have to have 2days straight no alcohol days very week.

2, When I drink alcohol, I have to save the amount properly.

If I keep the condition, my liver will recover soon but I little worry about my health so I stop drinking alcohol for while.

And one more

Helicobacter Pylori is also C judgment.

Hey, Hey Pylori, I think I already beaten you in Jun, don’t you???

Yes, I know the first success rate is 70% and 30% failure but I cannot believe I’m in the 30% and they are still well surviving in my stomach.

Oh my god!! I could get lots of new truth with this medical check.

On Saturday, I’ll go to hospital immediately and have to do bacteria elimination again.

Now I understand nowadays, why my stomach was aching again.

Friends!! Health is the most important thing for life!

豚饅 A steamed pork bun

神戸には横浜、長崎と同じ様に中華街が有るでしょ。
この3都市の中華街は、日本3大中華街なんだってよ。

そんなに中華街に行くわけじゃないけど、是非紹介したいのが
太平閣の豚饅！
関西では551蓬莱の豚饅が有名ですが、太平閣の豚饅も絶品。
5個入りで、一度には食べきれないので我が家では冷凍保存しておき
食べる分だけ蒸して頂いてます。
三宮駅の近くに有るので行った時はチェックしてみてちょ。

Do you know there is China town in Kobe city same as Yokohama and Nagasaki.

These three china towns are the biggest three china town in Japan.

I don’t go to there well but I would like to introduce you a steamed pork bun of “Taiheikaku”!

In Kansai area, 551 Horai’s steamed pork bun is very popular but also Taiheikaku’s is good too.

This box has 5 pcs of bun and I cannot eat them in one time so I keep it in freezer and steam when I eat.

The shop is located near Sannomiya station so if you go there, please check it.

台風18号 Typhoon 18th

昨日から台風18号が接近し、今朝静岡県を直撃しました。
当然、JR、新幹線他は運休。
とても会社へ行ける状況では無いので、ワシは休暇を取りましたが、
嫁は8時半頃「風が弱まった。」と言って出勤して行きましたわ。
そんなに仕事好きじゃねーはずなんだが。

動画撮りましたのでご紹介します。
尚、動画中で9月と言ってますが、既に10月になっているのに
勘違いしてました。
アホですわ。

From yesterday, Typhoon is getting closer and this morning, it directly hits Shizuoka prefecture.

Of cause, train, JR, and bullet train, Shinkansen, were stopped.

It was hard rain and wind so I took day off because I thought it was impossible going to job but about on 8:30, my wife said weather is getting better and she went to job.

I wonder from when she became she loves her job so much???

I took movie so please check how much it great.

By the way, I’m saying Sep in the movie but it was my misunderstanding even though we are already in Oct.

I’m fool.

激励会 farewell party

昨日は会社の仲間と飲み会。
と言うのも、インドネシアへ転勤するS澤君の激励会ですわ。
勿論、向こうに行っての仕事は大変だろうけど、ネシア勤務は羨ましい。
だって、リゾート地が沢山有るでしょう。
タイ、マレーシア、シンガポール、オーストラリアなどなど、日本から行くよりも
全然近い。
気候は温暖だしね～。

奥さんと一緒に行くらしいので、夫婦で楽しんで来てくんなまし！
あ～・・・・、羨ましぃ。

Yesterday, I went to farewell party because my co-worker, S-kun, will move to Indonesia.

Of cause, he will be very busy and have to work harder but working at Indonesia is I envy him.

As you know there are lots of resort areas near there.

For example Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and etc, they are much closer than going from Japan and climate is warm.

He will move with his wife so have a good time and enjoy!

Uuuuuh, I envy you.

ちなみに、磐田では今週末お祭りが行われています。
街は完全にお祭りモード突入していて、
早速あっちこっちで山車が練り歩いてましたわ～。
交通渋滞に注意！

By the way, Iwata city has festival in this weekend.

Everywhere in Iwata is warming up and floats were parading.

Be careful to traffic jam.

スカイツリー Sky tree

講習会場の屋上から、東京スカイツリーが見事に見える。
今更だけど、思わず撮影。
でも、登りたいとは全然思わん。

As I told you I was taking class in Tokyo and from rooftop at the place, I can see Tokyo sky tree clearly.

Yah, I know it is not new but I took picture because I could see it with very good condition.

BUT!!! I never want to go up there.

再会2014 meeting again her 2014

昨日から東京で講習会。
そう、東京と言えば、あの人。
ほぼ一年振りに日本橋でH子ちゃんとタイ料理でお食事～。
相変わらず綺麗で、楽しかったぁ～。
で、彼女との打ち合わせで決定事項が有ります。
数年に一度でいいから、トロントで会った仲間と海外旅行しようっ！って。
何処かは解らんが、ハワイ？オーストラリア？タイ？宮古島？
でも、それぞれの家族を連れて集まるのって楽しそうだよね？
という事で次の連絡を待てっ！

From yesterday, I was taking class about wood drying at Tokyo.

Yes, you may know who is there in Tokyo.

I could meet Hiroko at Nihonbashi in Tokyo an interval of almost one year and ate Thailand food.

She is nothing change always beautiful and we could spend very good time.

Then we decided an idea.

We want to go to trip to somewhere foreign country with friends whom we met in Toronto once per some years.

We don’t have any idea yet where we going but how about Hawaii, Australia, Thailand and Miyako Island in Okinawa?

Most of friends have family now so we can meet not only friends but also family!

Don’t you think it is great idea?

We will talk and give you some plans later so please wait.

By the way, I would like change topics.
