麦焼酎は? How about Wheat Shochu?

先日、酒屋で人気の麦焼酎「中々」と「山猿」を発見。
今は芋ばかり飲んでますが、麦の人気銘柄の味はどんなもんか気になり
1本づつ購入。

昨日の飲み会に持ち込みし、同僚とそれぞれ飲み比べ。
両方それぞれ個性が有り評価は好評で、麦もたまにはいいね~。って感じでした。


それぞれの感想。
「中々」・・・香り、味ともに控えめな感じで、麦ぃ~っ!って感じでは無い。
       しかし、まろやかな麦の風味はなる程って感じ。

「山猿」・・・私はこっちの方が好き。
       麦の香ばしい香り、味が全然濃くて確りしてる。中々が控え目な分
       こちらの強さが引き立てられました。正に麦原料って感じの美味しい焼酎です。

Some days before, I’ve found very popular wheat Shochu, “Nakanaka” and “Yama Zaru” distilled liquor, in liquor shop.
Now I’m drinking only Potato Shochu but I curious about the wheat shochu taste so I bought them one bottle each.

Yesterday, I took them to party and tasted and compare them with co-worker.
Both of them have good character and the co-worker’s reputation was high so good to drink them often.

These are my remark.
“Nakanaka”・・・smell and taste are light so we couldn’t feel strong wheat flavor but this has very mild taste and smell so taste good.
“Yama Zaru”・・・I like this one.
                      This has strong enough wheat taste and smell.
                      Nakanaka was light flavor so I could feel this strong and deep flavor more.
                      I think this is the representative wheat Shochu and very good.
